  Thanks to other reviews, I chose this company to install my hot water heater. I have an older home with questionable wiring and plumbing. I needed someone with experience to address any unexpected difficulties. In addition, I was installing a larger tank size . I am on a private water pump and septic system. Bob Clouse and his son did not flinch! They fit me into their schedule that very day...I was kept updated by the office manager, Bob's wife). They adeptly improved the water and electric lines. Had all materials with them. I am very impressed with their teamwork and swift efficiency. I had been using the new system often...no post installation problems. Wow! I'm so relieved. Terry

  I give Bob Clouse plumbing a 5 because he is courteous professional cleaned up everything before he left did exactly what I wanted him to do. He gave me an estimate before hand and explained everything. Also advised he would stop back by to check. Thank you Bob. I will recommend him to others. V.Stapleton

  Was very pleased with the initial appointment to have services done in the future. At my convenience. I was quoted a fair price and set up a tentative appointment for the fall.

  Buyer Beware! After originally charging $700.00 to install 2 bath facets, a reverse osmoise & kitchen sink facet. Both kitchen facet & reverse osmosis facets have come loose, by not installing properly below a drop sink. First one that went, he charged me another $80 to re-tighten just months after installation. When second one loosened & leaked, I just hired a more competent plumber.
