  Green Air been overall good plumbing service. The office communicated with me on the process of getting everything scheduled and quickly dispatched their tech, and I felt as I was kept informed through the process. Really appreciate text letting me know the tech is on his way. Tech Damian was great and detail oriented. He was upgrading our water line to 1 inch and swapping the whole house water filter. He was very efficient and thorough.

  Took over a 30a remodel that green air did the plumbing and hvac at without any permits. After making Mike Bennett pull a permit in August, after it had be replumberd for ~6 months, it took 3 months of arguing with them to get it ready for inspection. First time dealing with mike it was great, after pointing out everything wrong, every call would ending in cursing eachother out. After all mike has been plumbing longer than anyone alive. After the 3rd time Mike said it was ready, and it wasnt, I just scheduled the inspection. Tyson, the owner of Coastal code compliance, personally walked the rough in and it literally failed everything they did. Neg pitched waste pipes, structural damage cutting through double top plates, unsecured water and sewer pipes, left uncapped waste pipes in flooring system and walls, broke the roof seal, forgot a vanity, S-trap, no plugs in the main line for leak testing the waste pipe, their pipes leaked when tested, forgotten pex crimps that flooded a first floor bathroom. The lists goes on. Now we are having work closely with the DBPR for an unlicensed activity complaint and our attorneys for not refunding the money to the Grover's qnd5 months of lost revenue due to Green Airsillegal actions. To top it off the permit got shut down again the January because green air's hvac division didn't pull an hvac permit to completely replace the existing system and trunk lines. Green air, the gift that keeps on giving.

  So if and when I need a new hvac system , Green Air will be the company to install it. From top to bottom and in between these are the nicest and most competent people I have ever dealt with. Call Green Air ! They stand behind their product . Their technicians get it done. The receptionist are sweet as can be. There service manager is great to deal with. I have to believe the owners are also great people. Call Green Air !!!!

  I’ve been in the restaurant industry a long time and dealt with a lot of companies for R&M. I will say that Ben who works in the repairs area for electrical equipment is a true professional. It goes beyond just taking care of the repairs but presenting himself in a positive manner that would make any business proud. Bravo good sir. A gentleman and a scholar.
