  My almost 10 year old Rinnai water heater sprung a leak on Sunday night. I had to wait until Monday to get anyone to answer the phone. I tried several places and had a promise from Royce that someone would come over after a job that was already in the process. Nobody else was answering the phone and some places had a message for me saying their mailbox was full when I thought I was going to be able to leave a message. Eventually, I did get in touch with 2 others but neither of them called me until Franklin was just about finished installing the new one. Franklin came out later on in the morning to assess my issue. After talking with him, I was sold on the idea that he knew what he was talking about so I took his advice and agreed to have him install a new Navien water heater. He got the job done by the afternoon so we didn't have to go another night without hot water. The new water heater is a completely different experience from the one we had before. There is virtually no waiting for hot water! I also believe I will probably save money on gas and water with this new water heater as we had to run the water quite a bit with the old one in order to have hot water for a shower. Franklin patiently answered all my questions completely to my satisfaction... and I had a lot of questions. This company will be my go to for plumbing and gas problems in the future.

  Brian came out when he said he would. He replaced my old hot water heater with a new one. Price was very fair. I would highly recommend him. He also switched my kitchen faucet so the hot was on the proper side. Someone had hooked it up backwards.

  Huge shout out to Royce Plumbing!!! They were awesome! The first company that quoted us was going to charge $1300 to repair, or $6600 to replace the whole pipe. Brian came out and inspected. It wasn’t our pipe that was cracked/leaking. It was the coupling (I think that’s what it’s called) that was cracked. He and his guys repaired, and water back on! 🙌 Cost me way less money! 😁 They literally saved our day,(not all superheroes wear capes). I definitely recommend them for their kindness, knowledge, honesty and truly reasonable pricing! If I could give them 100 stars I would. Thanks so much again! You’ve gained a forever customer.

  The team at Roy's plumbing was great they took my call early this morning and before 12:00 everything was taken care of at a fair price
