  Tommy Lee was awesome! Really appreciate how professional he was and his patience explained the problems that were found and the solutions he could offer. He was even able to fix everything and install what was needed same day. Highly recommend Peaden and 5 star rating for both Peaden and Tommy Lee. Thank you!

  Amber arrived as pla, listened and assessed the issue on hand and dove into making it no longer an issue. During Amber’s time in and around our home, she remained focused and professional while maintaining essential communication with us throughout the repair process. Amber and all Peaden staff are always welcome back. Never a problem and should one arise, I trust it will be rectified without further visits, and that is why I trust Peaden before the rest!!! Thank you Miss Amber!

  Their prices are outrageous, but they've done good work in the past. They use software to determine rates, so it spits out ridiculous prices. For instance, they once quoted $500 to install a toilet. I had already removed the old one. A toilet is about the simplest plumbing job you can do. I did it in 30 min myself. The elite member service was a good value for a while, but they started dropping services like dryer vent cleaning and most recently flushing my tankless water heater. After that, it became not worth while to keep the service. The 15% discount is a lie. I never once saw this discount on any invoices, and 15% off a ridiculous price is not a discount at all. They also misdiagnosed an HVAC leak on one of those elite membership service calls, charging me well over $100 for Freon. However, after calling a different HVAC company, there was no leak, so I feel pretty confident they made that whole thing up. These membership services are mostly a sales pitch as they almost always quote for things you don't need. Note, the technician claimed they do not perform descaling flushes on tankless water heaters after 10 years, because it can loosen calcium damaging the unit. Well, if that were true, they wouldn't have done it the last 4 straight years, because the unit is actually 15 years old. Secondly, I looked into it, and it's false that performing a descaling flush on a tankless water heater can damage the unit. It is true it may reveal severe damage on the unit. However, if you've had a unit flush for 4 straight years like I have, the chances of a flush loosening any calcium is near 0%!

  They charged me $89 to come out and flip a few switches, only to tell me my two ceiling fans needed to be replaced (which I already knew). They quoted me around $900 to replace two customer-supplied ceiling fans and gave me a few other extremely overpriced quotes. I would highly recommend getting quotes from other companies before calling this one. Lesson learned for me—find companies that offer free estimates.

  I would give Peaden Plumbing & Electric zero stars if I could. The entire experience was extremely disappointing, from start to finish. Peaden was called to repair a grinder pump fault at my home. Communication was poor, and my attempts to get answers were repeatedly ignored. My service was rescheduled so they could prioritize what appeared to be a higher-value customer. The service itself was also frustrating, the technicians forgot numerous supplies, resulting in unnecessary delays. The workmanship was another major issue. Mounting bolts were sheared off due to poor workmanship, and the wrong parts were ordered. I was also charged for more expensive parts that were ultimately not used. When these issues were brought to their attention, it took numerous attempts to get resolution and the amount refunded could not be itemized. All in all there was no meaningful effort to address or resolve the issues raised. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience with an organization that showed poor communication, poor workmanship, and poor customer service. I will never use Peaden Plumbing & Electric for anything related to my property again, and I would strongly encourage others to consider their options before hiring them.
