  I would give Adam the repairman a 5. He was through and professional. Communication over the 12 days that the project started was a 2. Was sent text saying that they would be there the next day. Waited around all day did not get any communication. Called them at 2 to confirm lady didn’t know but would find out and call me back. Did not get a call back. Had to call them back at 5.

  I scheduled Peaden to come to my home to replace four smoke detectors that I had already purchased; they only needed to be installed. I also asked them to reconnect a loose wire on my wired smart doorbell. Two technicians arrived and completed the work in less than an hour. As they were leaving, I was presented with a tablet to sign, showing a total charge of $543. This charge was for installing four smoke detectors (which we provided) and reconnecting a single doorbell wire. I was very surprised by the amount I was charged. By that point, the work had already been completed, and I did not feel I could question it. After reviewing the invoice more closely, it appears I was charged for three hours of labor, even though the technicians were at my home for less than one hour. The charge seemed to be excessive for the services provided. I contacted Peaden’s customer service at least three times over a two-week period to request a review of these charges. Each time, I was placed on hold while the representative attempted to reach a manager. I was consistently told the manager was unavailable and that someone would return my call. To date, I have not received any follow-up. Given this experience, I will be seeking services from another company moving forward.

  Upon initial phone call, we let them know the problem with the fire detectors in our home needing to be serviced. That was the only issues that we were having, we were told there’d be an $89 routing fee, which would’ve been fine as that would’ve been waived for the service charge. We paid and bought six new batteries for all of the detectors. The technician did replace them tried to upsell us on a couple other items we declined. They still charge us over $400! Terrible, terrible terrible. I also tried to contact and talk with them about this charge and they said a manager would call me and nobody did. We will never use this company again. We hope nobody else does as if you want to keep your money in the worst ! Live on a strict budget and the worst part is I’m eight years old and have a strict budget.

  Well he was here to fix a circuit breaker. According to him.the breaker is good to go. For some reason, he checked the HVAC box. Said he was required to do so. He removed a plug from the box and then put it back in. We now are waiting for a repairman to come fix what he screwed up. System is 4 years old, he had no business messing with the HVAC system. We paid $205 for him to screw up our HVAC.We had originally thought he had done a great job, until we realized he screwed up our HVAC system. Update: The change in rating is due to Greg Byrd arriving and correcting the issue created by the previous service rep. Now, I am not an electrician, but I don't know how you can disable an HVAC system, while checking a breaker not connected with that said unit. Mr. Byrd insists that Tommy is normally a good electrician, I will leave it there. Greg fixed the issue, and now it's done. I don't really see any further need of service in our future.

  My experience with Service Tech Mr. Dane Town with Peadon Air Conditioning was 10 star exceptional. We took advantage of Peadon's seasonal system inspection. Dane was our servjce tech. He showed up prepared, well spoken, and professional. He introduced himself, explained what the inspection entailed and thoroughly went over my A/C system and provided pictures and a debrief of what was identified along with more pictures and video to go along with his assessment. He did identify a small refrigerant leak, and although not a show stopping system failure, it will have to be addressed to prevent further issues. Dane provided several options to get it taken care of. Above everything Dane's pride in his work and professionalism is what stood out. It seems it gets harder and harder to find a solid professional, and I was impressed. If you're in the Gulf Breeze area and need a true Air Conditioning service professional, ask Peadon to send you Mr. Dane Town.
