  Will NEVER EVER use Peaden again After being a monthly maintenance customer for years paid on time every month and they replaced the electrical and boxes in the entire house as well as install Mini Splits . Never once did they have to call me for payment . Now they condone the AC Tech to be dishonest, telling me the work is completed and never went inside to check and left the outside unit taken apart. ( the General manager was with him as well on this call and allowed this to happen)The tech claimed the unit was misdiagnosed and said he would be back...nothing from the company after many calls and text , no call back from management when I as for one to call me. When we went to their office they were dismissive and didn't care ..It was like they were relived that we canceled our long standing account with them as they realized they could not repair the AC units that they installed. Peaden is more expensive then all the companies around but we were happy to pay for the services as we thought we were getting a dependable company. Instead this company has become a company wanting money upfront and won't back up what they tell you and repair what they install and sell you.

  The service we received was outstanding from start to finish. We truly could not have asked for a better experience across the board. Sarah was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and our services were expedited quickly and efficiently. The customer support team and installers were exceptional, providing excellent communication and professionalism every step of the way. We highly recommend Sarah for her helpful and kind disposition, as well as her efficiency and knowledge. She is truly excellent at what she does, and we are very grateful for her outstanding service. Jaquan what is a real star of the show, excellent and efficient installer. He and his team member were absolutely wonderful, we are so grateful because they were so quick about installing an air conditioner on Fourth of July weekend. We are forever grateful for this lovely man.

  Very quick service!!! I’m a new customer. I called at 2:00 and Kolton the technician was here and 6:00!!! Which was a relief to me as my AC was out and it was 83 degrees in my house 😫 Kolton was great! Very knowledgeable and professional!!! Had to replace my fan motor, was all done at 8:00. It was like it never happened and he wasn’t here!!! He cleaned everything up. Also explained what he was doing and what was wrong and happening all along the way!!! I’m very pleased with the great service 😁👍

  We had Trey come out to see why our air conditioner unit was leaking. After an already long day at work, Trey arrived after supper and worked until about midnight assessing and diagnosing and patching our problem. What a trouper. We appreciated the time and thoroughness he took to figure things out. Our system ends up being on its last leg so Todd came out to give us estimates about a new system. Todd was very knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us to go one way or another. He presented the facts. After deciding to get a new system, Dakota and Joey came out the next day to install the new system. Boy, was it hot in our attic, but these men worked hard and were very professional as they dismantled the old and installed the new. Thank you all for your hard work and attention to detail. We are nice and cool today!

  I’ve had Peaden come diagnose several problems and each time has been a good experience. I like that they communicate before, during, and after the appointment. They were very thorough and checked every part of each of my units and everything connected to them. They found and explained the causes of all the issues I was having with each unit, spent time answering all my questions, and then corrected the ones I chose to have done. I wish they had been the ones to install my HVAC in the first place so this could have all been done then. Peaden will be my first call next time I need any work done.
