  We lost our cool air on a very hot afternoon and we were very blessed to have Kevin come to our rescue after a long hot day for him as well. He immediately found the problem with the compressor, gave us photos and an estimate and was able to fix it and didn’t leave until he made sure it was cooling correctly. We are very grateful to Executive Air and especially to the professionalism of Kevin who went above and beyond to help us to be comfortable again.

  Yes, i i called this morning. They were convenient. Same day, service Adan did a great job coming out and explaining things to me. Got the unit back cooling with good pressure. Thanks again, appreciate what you guys do executive air. I'll be calling you again .

  When the AC went out on our beach condo, we called Executive Air and I’m so glad we did! Zane came out in 90+ degree temps and worked to diagnose the problem. Then, we decided to replace our unit completely. Zane made a special trip to return to our condo in the evening with portable AC units until the install took place the following day. We worked with Rusty on selecting the right unit, considering pricing, square footage, the fact that this wasn’t a primary residence, etc. Rusty is VERY knowledgeable and was committed to helping us find the right solution. After the install, Ricky, Cedric and Rusty made a special trip to the walk me through the new unit, the special thermostat, and the add a feature in the HVAC closet that I requested. Ricky is a PRO - I felt very confident that the work was done correctly. Cedric was in training and was extremely personable. This team made sure the work was done well and have checked back in with me to be sure everything is running smoothly. They were enjoyable to work with as well!
