  Elmer Cook Construction installed a metal roof for my home and I could not be more pleased. From beginning to end they were professional, efficient and now I have a beautiful high quality roof for years to come! Super satisfied w this company and all the employees that assisted me.

  Elmer Cook put a new roof on my house and another on the Trinity United Methodist Church on Racetrack that I was a part of. Both turned out excellent. Trey was friendly and easy to work with helping and answering questions along the way. The price was slightly higher than a shingle roof but super reasonable given the additional lifespan of the roof (less than shingles over the equivalent timeframe). I can personally say the roof on my house cooled the upstairs by 5 five degrees on top of the strength and timeless look of a metal roof. The added wind resistance and peace of mind are also huge bonuses. I would highly recommend Elmer Cook for a new metal roof.

  Elmer Cook construction and roofing did an excellent job installing our metal roof. Workers showed up on schedule, were efficient, and completed the job in a week. The roof was inspected by the county and no issues were noted. They cleaned up at the end of each day and after the project was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend this contractor.

  Insurance company had issues with the age of our roof. We decided to compare prices for shingle versus metal roof. Contacted Trey with Elmer Cook Construction. He returned call very promptly, and was at my house within a couple days to prepare estimate. Estimate was delivered within a day of him coming to my house. Did an excellent job of describing everything that would be done and an approximate timeline from start to finish. Once we decided we were going to use them. A date was set that they were going to start. Got delayed a couple days due to weather, but once his crew were able to get started they worked efficiently and safely. Cleaned up the yard every day before they left. Even with a weather delay they still finished on time without any issues. Crew was very professional and took time to address any issues if you had questions about anything. Hoping this is the last roof I need but if not I would not hesitate to use Elmer Cook again if needed. This is a great company and I would highly recommend for all your roofing needs.

  Not the cheapest, but certainly the best quality roof I have ever seen in the panhandle. These guys will not cut corners either, our 23 year old roof had some damage, and they took the time to fix it properly, even though they would have to charge more. I have never been happier for an estimate to go over, because I saw the amount of work performed, and the crew apologetically told me that they would need to repair correctly, despite time constraints/estimate. Trey is an encyclopedia of roofing knowledge, and helped me understand the difference between what I thought I wanted (standing seam) and what they offer. They do not offer standing seam (no screws visible) because it is a nightmare to repair, and other than aesthetics is no more weatherproof. We had some thunderstorms with only 1/4 of the steel up, and I was panicking about getting wet, but the insulation that they use kept us bone dry.... they finished the steel the next day, and I must say I am impressed with the results. LASER straight lines, everything is even, no overlap or ugly trim modifications at all..... our little house looks like a roofing showpiece! Thank you Trey, you Brother, and your Father, I am so happy we went with Elmer Cook, and would not consider any other for our roofing needs!
