  I recently purchased a customized shed from Tuff Shed, and George Ritz was my sales consultant throughout the process. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and easy to talk to from start to finish. George took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me step-by-step in designing a home office studio that perfectly fits my vision and needs. His attention to detail, patience, and willingness to answer all of my questions made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. He also provided helpful suggestions and recommendations that improved the overall design and functionality of the shed. What stood out most was his commitment to customer service—he even came out personally to visit the site where the shed will be placed to ensure everything would work properly. I truly appreciated his professionalism and dedication throughout the entire process.

  I stopped by Tuff Shed to see what options are available for a home gym. Mike Drake was very informative and understood my project. He was very friendly and welcoming as we explored a few options.

  I had a great experience working with Mike at Tuff Shed. He spent a few hours with me helping design and plan out the shed, and was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with the entire time. Mike really took the time to explain different options, answer all my questions, and make sure everything was set up exactly how I wanted it. It never felt rushed. he genuinely cared about getting it right and making sure I was comfortable with the decisions and i had a lot of questions. You can tell he knows his stuff and takes pride in helping his customers. If you’re working with Tuff Shed, I’d highly recommend asking for Mike. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

  Terrible experience, this company ignores you if you request a refund. The permit tech assigned to my project put the shed in the wrong location 2 times (despite a tuffshed employed runner coming to the property and providing measurements and pictures) and the permit was denied. So, I requested cancellation of project and a refund. The company has not responded to me for 15 days. I have contacted the main line, customer service email, permit tech, and sales rep. No response. I do not recommend this company.

  George Ritz was my sales person. He was absolutely 💯 Wonderful. He helped me design the perfect shed for my back yard and told me step by step how to pull my own permit. We LOVE ❤️ our new shed and love the unbelievable great sales service we got from George. I highly recommend Tuff Shed to anyone looking to purchase a shed and have a great sales person that actually cares about making you exactly what uou need and want for a great price. 💯 happy 😊 😃 😀. Thank you George for all your help. I will recommend him to all my friends, family, church and anyone that needs a great well built shed.
