  I did this review not to vent my anger, but to protect others too about this company. I have my ac running well, its only about 3 yrs old and I got this company to maintain my AC as recommended by a friend. Well, the tech. said that everything is okay its all good, but after 6 days I felt that my house is getting warmer. So I came to check and I found that wires to fan motor were all over the place and one of wires snagged to the fan which I believed it caused the motor to stop. Then the other technician the next day came and saw it. After he checked he said the motor is dead, and it need to be replaced. Although I believed that only if those wires were taken care of properly, this was not happened, but I agreed, I signed that they'll be contacting york co. for the parts and install it. This was happened Saturday, so I have to wait until Monday. Comes Monday, at about 10ish I called them, the office said they'll do something to make it urgent. Then, I followed up again at 1 pm, the same people same respond. So I called again at 3 pm and decided to cancel it. And the worst thing is they did not even made a work request. and it happened for me to call about 3x as the Iine got disconnected. So me and my family waited for nothing while in a hot florida weather. Pls. If you don't want this to happen this to you and your family avoid this company. Thanks for reading.

  I called Snyders on Saturday to report a high humidity problem. They promptly called me at 830am Monday and immediately scheduled a service call. John Solray showed up promptly at my condo by 1230. He adjusted my air handler and explained everything to me. He is extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I have been very happy with the service Snyders has provided, both on the phone with the office and with all their technicians.

  I trust and love working with Snyders Cooling & Heating, Inc. I bought my condo 4.5 years ago and a neighbor recommended them. I like to get my air conditioning maintained every six months and their price is very fair and the guys are very thorough. I was lucky enough to get John who comes every six months to service my air conditioner. I bought a new AC unit from Snyder‘s as well and James the owner gave me a price that he had given me like a year before and he honored that price even though my system had not been broken yet, it was very old not at all energy efficient and I decided I didn’t want to wait until I was desperate with a broken air conditioner living in Florida! Since then John comes and does my Maintenance every six months and he’s excellent, very thorough, and very knowledgeable. I know he takes good care of the system and I couldn’t be more grateful for their services. I highly recommend Snyders ‘s cooling and heating.

  Going to start with the last tech (john) first. After many (1) weekend service one problem was fixed (2) a different problem was fixed and (3) John fixed the final issue/problem. Every time I called to the office the service/staff showed concern and helped with my different issues, thank you sooo much to Snyder and a HUGE thanks to John. It's was soo nice to have the patience and explain what was going on. I'm cool and comfortable, Excellent service and response. THANK YOU!!!

  I was so impressed with John at Snyder Cooling and Heating! He came out the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem with my split-unit system. I had previously used two other companies that claimed to be experienced with split units, but unfortunately, they were not able to properly identify or fix the issue. John was knowledgeable, honest, and clearly experienced. He was able to get my unit running and, more importantly, diagnose the actual problem instead of just guessing and leaving me with a long-term issue. Thank you, John, for your honesty, expertise, and excellent service. It is such a relief to finally have someone who truly knows these systems. Highly recommend!
