  Odors Gone today is a professional company with a great response time while producing excellent results at smoke removal. I'm highly allergic and after the procedure was completed that nasty lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke is gone and the place now smells fresh and clean.

  I do NOT recommend using this company—stay away. I spoke with Mike and clearly explained we had a newer home (built in 2024) with heavy smoke odor. He confidently promised he could remove the smell and even guaranteed his work, knowing we were listing the property for sale. After he “finished,” the smoke odor was STILL there. agents complained, and we could clearly still smell it. It’s obvious the job was either rushed or not done properly. When I called him back, his story completely changed. Suddenly it was a “bad case,” and now he wanted to charge a lot more money—while completely ignoring the warranty he originally promised. On top of that, he stopped responding and showed zero accountability. I’ve done this before with other companies on older homes in far worse condition, and they removed the smell completely. So this isn’t the issue—it’s the service. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this one is well deserved. Do yourself a favor and pick any other company. Mike should probably be a car salesman, not removing smoke odors. He might have the knowledge, but clearly doesn’t care to do a proper job—and don’t expect him to stand behind any “warranty” he promises. And yes, I made sure this review is posted on the correct company.

  I had a very bad odor coming from the Master Bedroom Closet and Master 1/2 bath in my newly rented home. Mike came by and completed the Chlorine Dioxide gas treatment. The smell is completely gone. He was quick and efficient in his duties and cleaned up after himself. I have already recommended him.
