He worked on the steps to diagnose the board on my unit which was replaced under factory warranty. He came again to do the bi yearly service and confirm my unit was still working properly. Service was excellent.
- WRwendy RAUCHAug 25, 20262.0Technician was wonderful, lady in office RUDE and lied about contacting me, I called at 1210 when nobody showed or contacted me , my appointment was 10am to 12pm, first person was very helpful, then got her when she called me back at 1230, stated she was just a dispatcher the First Lady , she was with the company, asked to speak with management and she said SHE was in a meeting, please pull the call and listen to her, as she went on about her daughter breaking her leg and basically told me not in those words the customer is the problem not her, like my time or business is not as important
