  Paid $180 ($150 for labor and $30 for parts). Cam home to a crooked install. Called and was told “the project manager says it’s straight”, after sending a picture. Was also told they would not discount the next service. Terrible job! Save your money. Not to mention the technician was there for 10 minutes of work.

  This company has given us repeatedly. Excellent service, i highly recommend. And their technician Rey really went above and beyond to help us hurrying over as fast as he could on a hot day and fixing the problem quickly and professionally - they are at the perfect intersection of professionalism. and affordability.

  I have been s long time customer of HVAC Westher Control with dual a/c units under annual maintenance. They come out twice annually for preventative maintenance. it seems that is insufficient. I had my last maintenance done 4 months ago and was a unit shut off and was told the drain was clogged so the auto shult vslve turned off power to the unit. Apparently this is a frequent occurrence wiyh them. As i think back i believe this has happened before. In fact in one extreme case the drain overflowed and and I had to have my garage ceiling repainted. In past incidents I have had my HVAC fail twice the night before I was leaving for vacation so I had to wait for their repair (which was quick under contract.) But the head service guy says this is the best they can do. I will be researching other HVAC services that can commit to dong better.

  Weather Control is the best. They have come to the rescue late on a Friday night after a bad storm and have both of our ACs back up and running within an hour, for a reasonable price. The techs are always great.

  A month ago my AC went out on a super hot, late afternoon. Weather was referred to us by a colleague. Gave them a call and they were out in about 2hrs. They sent out a tech named *Guillermo. After inspection Guillermo pointed out that my exterior units wire harness had actually caught fire and exploded. I couldn’t believe it!!! I was expecting the worse. Guillermo explained my options, but never ever tried to upsell me like I knew he would. I was wrong! Mind you my unit is 17yrs old. Guillermo rewired my unit and had me up and running in about 1.5 hrs. What was even more shocking was the bill. I won’t say how much it was, but it was very reasonable. I highly recommend these guys and Guillermo. I won’t let anyone else touch my unit from here out. Great job guys, hats off to you!!!
