- JCJ CAug 21, 20261.0Absolutely the worst! Used CARDBOARD as our underlayment. Builder fought for months to tear up but we kept getting high moisture readings! Reason I'm leaving this review is their customer service. Zak won't or anyone will return calls when I reach out with questions.

They were thorough with the measurements and estimate and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. Our installation team Manny and Carlos did a fantastic job. 1,300 square feet of Cortek plus stairs in 3 days. Amazing work! We will highly recommend Ethan and Dalton at Wayne Wiles Flooring to our friends and neighbors.

We are so happy we met Debbie, she was professional, knowledgeable and helped us select the perfect Mohawk Everstrand carpet that fit our budget. Debbie stayed in contact with us while the carpet was ordered and helped schedule the install. She sent us Aldo's install team and Louis and Huntington did an clean, outstanding job! We are so pleased with the final product. Thank you Debbie for making our 10 year old Townhome look new again!
