We are under heavy construction at this time in our area, so you have to rent things weeks ahead of time. The day before I was supposed to pick up the trencher, they called me and told me it was beat up from the last rental. They told me they could not rent it to me. Then they asked me if I could postpone my job. There is no such thing as postponing a job. Especially when materials have been ordered and delivered and all of the labor is lined up. So the day before I'm supposed to start my job I find myself frantically running around the county trying to find another trencher on short notice. All thanks to you United Rentals. They do not get a second chance.
