Austin was very professional and knowledgeable. He walked me and my wife through the process of ordering and providing recommendations. Austin completed and explained all the documents throughly. His customer service is top notch and he made the purchase easy and comfortable. I will always recommend Austin to others who need a shed that I speak to.
- HRHeather RajskiMay 28, 20261.0Very disappointed in the quality of materials used for my shed it is merely one year old and my son was moving a 36 lb box of cheap vinyl plank flooring and it slipped out of his hands and fell from maybe 2.5 feet off the floor and went straight through the floor. The box nor vinyl planks were damaged only the “tuff shed” floor, I reached out to the office thinking this would definitely be something covered under the warranty. Fallon in sales emailed me telling me it wasn’t covered under the warranty and quoted me $640! To replace a piece of cheaply made OSB. I’m scared for this thing when it comes to hurricane season God only knows how the rest of the building was constructed. I went with tuff shed because my parents had a tuff shed put in their yard in Indiana that’s lasted 40 years but inflation must have caused them to use cheaper made materials or something but as a carpenter myself there’s no way that should’ve failed like that or cost that much to replace.
