  Since 2013, Sunrise Remodeling has helped our family completely remodeled two bathrooms, remodel our kitchen and remodel a shower in our master bath. Each project had its own set of design challenges, and the team at sunrise provided expert guidance and recommendations with regards to design and materials.   After seeing a friend's kitchen transformed into a modern living space by Sunrise Remodeling, we decided to get a quote, too, as it was beyond time to update our kitchen. The quote came back quickly and was less than we expected, so we decided to get a quote for our main bath as well. Six weeks later, we are beyond pleased with the work done by Sunrise Remodeling. Our kitchen and bath are beautiful--even better than we had expected. Sunrise makes its own cabinetry, and their work is exceptional. We have tons of storage space (even after removing a wall with storage). The small things like toe- and counter-top lights and well placed outlets make everything work and look beautiful. In the bathroom, the tile work is five-stars. Fixtures and cabinets look amazing. Motion lights add to the feel. Our bathroom is now modern and beautiful. If you’re considering a remodel, you owe it to yourself to meet with Brian and the team at Sunrise Remodeling. There’s a strong chance their quote will be very competitive, and their work will make you very happy. Sunrise gets our highest recommendation.

  We were thrilled with the outcome of our kitchen renovation by Sunrise Remodeling, Fort Myers, Florida. Starting with the owners, Brian and Sue Dunn, they carefully listened to our ideas and suggested additional enhancements. The amazing team of workers made it happen with great care. The office staff kept us informed each day and was able to answer any questions we had. We have three other neighbors who have had great outcomes after having Sunrise complete their projects. We highly recommend Sunrise Remodeling for any renovation needs.

  Terrible! Our bathroom remodel with Sunrise Remodeling turned into a terrible, exhausting six-month ordeal for a project that should have taken weeks. From the start, there was little oversight or supervision, and we had to constantly follow up to get any progress. Owner Brian only became involved after we pushed for action, and even then he promised to fix issues or complete work but always had excuses. We were forced to chase him down to get commitments honored. Several aspects of the workmanship were substandard, and while some were addressed, others remain unresolved. The job is not fully finished and was paid in full. We’ve decided to wash our hands of this contractor. The experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and disappointing. We strongly caution anyone considering Sunrise Remodeling~plan carefully if you hire them,and be prepared to manage the project yourself.

  Sunrise remodelled pur Davis Woods condo and completed 2 weeks prior to Hurricane Ian. We absolutely 💯 fell in love with the plan and the work. Professional and Friendly. We lost everything from Ian. After 2 years still not able to live we purchased a new home and brought them back to put our new home kitchen back the way it was as best they could to our Davis Woods. Knowing what we had been thru they did more then expected. Thank You Chad for your perfection on the design along with Andrea always helpful when needed and of course Brian for getting involved knowing what we had been through. Also want to praise all of the workers who worked putting our home back together.
