  Arranged to have additional insulation installed in my attic. Two guys came out and spent about an hour doing what appeared to be nothing. Then told me that the office would call me as they had five more houses to do and didn't have time for my job. Two days later - no calls from the office. What the heck???? How was this job scheduled? Apparently the workers were unprepared for the job that I contracted for. I would like to have my deposit returned.

  I had Rice spray foam my entire barndominium and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The price was fair and they went above and beyond to make sure it was done correctly and that there were no blowouts. I would recommend 100%.

  We have NO LIGHTS in our master bath for 53 days now and they never even call back. I HAVE WIRES HANGING out of the wall that are not even capped. They installed the mirror in our master bathroom without putting the electrical box back in the wall and I specifically told the installers that this would be an issue for the electricians and they laughed it off and put up the mirror anyway. Sure enough, the electricians showed up next day and said they could not put lights up without the electrical box behind the mirror or it would crack the mirror just like I told the installers. So now 53 days and counting, they have not even made an effort to return ANY calls or schedule to fix the mirror. We cannot do even basic things in our own bathroom now. I have NEVER in my whole life seen worse customer service than from this company. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM EVER! This is truly the only way companies will ever learn that customer service matters.

  I made two appointments to show up at my house for job estimate. Craig never showed up on both appointments and never called. I would not recommend Rice Insulation & Glass.
