  Holy cow your drivers just want to kill someone i guess blowing through red lights. Like not even close, solid red for 2/3 seconds. I understand it's a big truck, but I drive trucks and trailers and its more important to drive safe because of its size.

  Arranged to have additional insulation installed in my attic. Two guys came out and spent about an hour doing what appeared to be nothing. Then told me that the office would call me as they had five more houses to do and didn't have time for my job. Two days later - no calls from the office. What the heck???? How was this job scheduled? Apparently the workers were unprepared for the job that I contracted for. I would like to have my deposit returned.

  Sub-par (mildly stated) materials - my bathroom mirror started delaminating 2 months after in stallation. And that only gets worse! Poor customer service, no return call from them.

  We had a new construction house built that took 18 months to build. We had no choice in who installed the mirrors or our glass shower door. We close on our house on August 25 and still no mirrors or shower door. They scheduled a day a few days after close and called me to say the crew canceled and they would call me back when they could reschedule. They never did call back but our builder reached out to them and they set a second date which was today. At 1:30 I called the builder to say they still did not show up or call to say when they would arrive. After the builder reached out to them again they were sent a message that it needed to be scheduled for a tentative date of September 8. Again, we closed on the 25 which all this is supposed to be done by then. They didn’t even notify us about canceling today. I had to be proactive and it’s not even a firm date. I have reached out to the company and am waiting to hear back. This company is absolutely horrible. If you have a choice do not hire this company. So I would like to update this post. Last week, I spoke with two different people from the company. They were apologetic but frustrated with my rating. They promised to have everything installed this past Tuesday. When the workers arrived, they showed up with the glass shower door and towel and toilet paper holders (which we assumed we were not getting). They did not bring the mirrors because they said it was not on the ticket. First, I had two conversations with two higher up employees regarding what wasn't installed. Second, the builder even showed me an email that showed the mirrors were in fact on the order so RICE flat out lied. 3rd, they said they would install the mirrors today (Wednesday) between 8-12. No surprise, they pulled a no show again. This company is an absolute joke and I have no idea how they expect me to give them a positive rating after all of this. Not even a phone call for not showing up today. The VP you would think after all of this, would stay on top of this to make sure everything was taken care. Guess not.

  On 1/24/22 one of Rice Insulation and Glass's trucks illegally dumped a bunch of broken glass into a dumpster in our driveway. I called the company and while they were apologetic they said there wasn't much they could do about it. Not much you can do about illegal dumping? What they could do about it is stop dumping their trash on people's private property.
