My current sales representative, Kevin, is by far one of the best I’ve worked with. I purchase material from several other electrical suppliers, and none of them come close to the level of service Kevin provides. If I need an answer, he gets it. If I need pricing or lead times, he follows up and gets the information I need. If there’s ever an issue with an order, he stays on top of it and works to get it resolved.
