  My generator stopped communicating with the app and reliable monitoring service. Scheduled a tech and he came out within a week. Turns out my landscapers broke the cellular antenna direct directly off the unit and it will cost $711 to replace. Way too expensive to justify the cost and now I can cancel the monitoring service and simply connect it to WiFi and monitor it myself. Paid about $120 for the diagnostic service.

  I scheduled a regular maintenance for my at home standby generator that I purchased from them 2 years ago. The technician was here for around 20 minutes. I checked the generator and it was unlocked and the oil cap that screws on was left off. I didn't know what to do. I called after hours and they never called back. I had to take matters in my own hands and googled what to do. I shut the power on the unit off so it wouldn't start. If it did it would be possible for the unit to leak oil and possibly burnout. I avoided a problem not them.
