  We had a little mishap on our outside spigot which required us to shut off the water to our condo. Thankfully Powerhouse was able to get out quickly and fix the copper so we could get back to having running water. Probably only had to wait an hour from the time I made the phone call to having running water again.

  Emmanuel Z was very professional and helpful. Called before he visited my property. However, he couldn't help me. Who ever answered the phone and took my request said "oh, yes we can do that". So sorry to waste someone's valuable time.

  I think they did their best, we couldnt dup the problem, Seemed very expensive though. 1 hour later problem came back, i replaced a breaker myself....that was gonna be $700...not the problem either, ended up being to much load on the circuit...$425 was what we got hit with... i figured out the problem....

  First off Jorge greeted me with a friendly smile and politly and professionally introduced himself. I appreciated the neat appearance as well in logo attire. Jorge listened to what work was needed , even though he already knew. As he took careful measurements and explained of the bases of the fixtures he explained why it was so important that they be exact. I appreciated his professional yet friendly manner and will surely refer Jorge and Powerhouse to my friends.
