  I needed a lot of electrical work done. JASON was my electrician and he was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to help me he’s extremely friendly and very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He’s very hard-working. He was at my house from 8:30 in the morning till about four in the afternoon working very hard he had to go into My attic now I live in Florida and it was about 100° yesterday and JASON was always smiling, even though it was extremely hot.. he’s very efficient, and polite. I would definitely request JASON if I need an electrician again.

  We had a complete indoor air handler and outdoor condenser system installed by your company and the entire process headed by Frank. He ensured that the technicians had all the required steps of my house and what was going to occur. I am happy that Powerhouse was able to do this on a weekend due to my job requirements on Monday. Since there were two different projects happening this past weekend. We had Frank recheck the system thoroughly and was able to solve a minor issue. There is definitely a sense of security and having an expert at his trade. This type of job that Frank had performed is project management. He takes detailed measurements and explains the process, so the customer can understand the concept.Frank is a GREAT asset to your company‼️ Kudos Angel & second technician for your hard work, thank you immensely. I am satisfied with your flawless work quality‼️

  I am in the process of purchasing a home and needed an inspection for the generator, I called 4 different local companies to provide inspection/service and only Powerhouse was able to get me on the schedule within the timeframe needed for my inspection period! The appointment was booked smoothly, the technician arrived promptly. Wayne was very personable, explained the process of what he needed to do and explained his findings very well. Although I only needed generator service at the time, seeing they also provided whole home services I am encouraged to have them available for whatever need may arise.

  THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!! They tried to replace my 72 year old mother in law's AC unit just because it was 11 years old and out of warranty. All it needed was the drain line cleared and 2 lbs of refrigerant and they tried to charge her $9,500 for a new AC system. She already had the home under contract to be sold and they ran her credit without authorization and then tried to get me to co-sign the loan. BEWARE OF THESE GUYS OR THEY MIGHT SELL YOU THE BROOKLYN BRIDGE! Dustin in particular. Guy should be thrown in jail. He left the breaker off at the condenser and the locking caps removed so that she would have to sleep without AC working in the house that night. I guess he figured that would motivate her to purchase a new AC system.
