He even discovered an issue with my unit that no other technician had made me aware about in the three years of previous annual maintenance since I purchased generator. 5* all around and thank you Jorge. I will be return customer for sure!

Yes they got great ratings but their pricing was WAY OVERPRICED than the 3 other quotes that I received. Two quotes I got were around 22K, another quote was 31,230K & Powerhouse quoted 3 levels of installation pricing: 31K, 47K & 55K. The more they charge, the more the warranty. However the lowest quote I got included a 7 year warranty. I need to revise my review. The Powerhouse manager called me & explained that there was a glitch in their computer system. So revised quotes were sent to me: 29K, 34K & 47K. Still a bit too high for my budget.

He let us know what he found, what he was going to do next etc. Very thorough-- fixed lights & garage doors! Left the areas very clean too. We definitely would call PowerHouse home services and Jorge again! Reasonably priced-- Thank you!
