  I hired Mr. Foamy to build 15 custom column caps that were supposed to match a specific design I provided. After waiting 6 weeks, I was surprised to find the caps already installed without any prior approval—and they did not match what I ordered. The profile of the caps was significantly flatter and lacked the detail shown in the reference image I sent. The difference is obvious and unacceptable for a custom job. I attempted to resolve the issue professionally by asking him to remake the caps to the agreed-upon design and replace the incorrect ones. Instead, he offered either a $1,000 discount or to remove everything and refund my deposit—neither of which addressed the actual problem. I even offered to pay an additional $1,500 (on top of the $3,750 already paid) and accept the work as-is, but he refused to work toward a solution and instead became aggressive. He threatened to put a lien on my home and has continued calling me in a harassing manner, even using different phone numbers. This has been a very frustrating experience. I expected a professional to stand behind their work and correct a clear mistake—not escalate the situation with threats and harassment. He called again today informing me he has placed a lien on my home, which is what prompted me to write this review to warn people. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with this contractor to get everything in writing, confirm designs before installation, and be prepared for poor communication if something goes wrong.

  Mr Foamy just installed reinforced moldings as woodpecker protection on my house.Great company ,very responsive, very reliable.They did a great high quality job, priced competitively.They actually install new moldings, unlike other companies that just spray a layer of concrete on the top of the existing ,old molding.And the cost is lower ,and the warranty is better.Highly recommended

  Mr.Foamy provides shoddy work. All of the joints have separated. Bill agreeded to have someone come out here and repair them. After 3 weeks he called personally and wanted me to pay for the repairs. He was completely inappropriate on the phone And does not stand behind his work. Buyer beware!
