  I hired Mr. Foamy to build 15 custom column caps that were supposed to match a specific design I provided. After waiting 6 weeks, I was surprised to find the caps already installed without any prior approval—and they did not match what I ordered. The profile of the caps was significantly flatter and lacked the detail shown in the reference image I sent. The difference is obvious and unacceptable for a custom job. I attempted to resolve the issue professionally by asking him to remake the caps to the agreed-upon design and replace the incorrect ones. Instead, he offered either a $1,000 discount or to remove everything and refund my deposit—neither of which addressed the actual problem. I even offered to pay an additional $1,500 (on top of the $3,750 already paid) and accept the work as-is, but he refused to work toward a solution and instead became aggressive. He threatened to put a lien on my home and has continued calling me in a harassing manner, even using different phone numbers. This has been a very frustrating experience. I expected a professional to stand behind their work and correct a clear mistake—not escalate the situation with threats and harassment. He called again today informing me he has placed a lien on my home, which is what prompted me to write this review to warn people. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with this contractor to get everything in writing, confirm designs before installation, and be prepared for poor communication if something goes wrong.

  I ordered some "quoins" (corners) for our house. I provided pictures and measurements and Rick suggested a good size and layout and had them ready within a week. The whole staff was super helpful in letting me know what I had to buy to install and tips for installation. They have state of the art machines to cut the foam to whatever dimensions, style and size you need. Highly recommended

  Bill from Mr. Foamy was very professional and spent time with my wife and I developing a plan to hide our columns in our soon to be done pool area. When we were finally ready a couple months later I made one phone call and the company was very responsive and got right onto our project. A gentlemen named Fred and his crew came our and did a beautiful job. I can’t say enough good stuff about this company. They were a shinning star in dealing with contractors in Southwest Florida
