- EZElaine ZoldakJan 22, 20265.0Hessler just installed tile in my bedroom, hall and two closets. From the moment I arrived in the store I was greeted by Elizabeth (Liz) who is an amazing person . She was patient and helpful, giving me ideas and her expertise. I was so lucky to have her helping me. The installers arrived at the appointed time and worked incredibly hard and really hustled. Never slacking off. They were very impressive. They did an amazing job. Corners were cut perfectly. They cleaned the work area well and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I wish I could afford to have the rest of my house done by them . I would not hesitate to hire them at all, ask for Liz to help you.

I only asked one question about price, the floor rep seemed to be offended, answered quickly and shortly and did not offer help after that question. If you're new to flooring this spot shouldn't be your first stop. Lumber Liquidators up the street has reps ready to answer any and all questions.
