  After Eric’s visit I had to call a different company to get my refrigerant filled. Everything went good with the other company. They did what I asked for. I believe your tech tried to rip me off. He did nothing to help my situation. Just trying to get me to spend all kinds of money on a new unit. All I wanted was refrigerant mine was low. This other company I had to call really cared about my situation. Filled me up on 3 lbs of refrigerant At least I have AC now. Nothing wrong with my condenser. You guys suck.

  From our family to yours, we want to thank Gulf Shore Cooling. For there consistent strive for customer Satisfaction!! Our family had a new system placed in our home, unfortunately the hurricanes had done some work on our old system. Gulf Shore Cooling, cam out set us up with a new system and helped the comfort and energy savings to our home.. with the new Air Conditioning system. We were set! A few days ago we had a problem with our system, we made a phone call. The new AI system was amazing in helping us with our problem. Guided us to the correct response, and was able to resolve very fast and effectively. They had to come out a few times. And every time they were helpfully honest and professional. Now after it has been observed , parts replaced. And our system is right back were it should be. Our home is now cool and comfortable. Thank you again Gulf Shore Cooling for the compassionate care of your customer. This, is the best place for customer care in the Ft. Myers area. A+

  First of all I am a pretty easy going person and I am not big on leaving reviews. Unfortunately I feel like I had to in this instance because I am so disappointed. I Bought a whole new AC system from Gulf Shore Cooling LLC. that retailed for 17k. Installers did not set it up correctly. Water and mastic leaking all over my garage floor for days. I have had 3 service calls in one week and there is still problems. Nobody working there knows what’s going on. I literally have had to call their service/install department and my sales person 8 different times in the past week. I asked to talk to the owner or manager of the business to express my concerns. Unfortunately they use the gatekeeper system (they are not available or in the office ever. They won’t call you back and they won’t supply their phone numbers). I would suggest you get your work done by a different company. I am completely dissatisfied with this company. Stay away from this business!

  Wilfredo and Angel showed up at 8 am on a Saturday with a great attitude and ready to work. I was amazed on how informative and welcoming they were to have me around while they worked on my full AC installation. I am very picky about even the smallest details,but these 2 went above and beyond to make this installation perfect.From the start with salesman Paul Smith with his honest approach to what we really needed to have a perfect fit for our home,to finance with Trevor going above and beyond to get us the best financial option to make this happen, down to the installers. All professionals that get things done right.Gulf Shore cooling has a customer for life with me. I would recommend them to everyone hands down. All the best God bless 🙏🏼

  I used Gulf Shore all the time. They replaced my ductwork, added insulation, installed a UV light, and regularly maintained my unit. The week after a maintenance visit, I called because my AC wasn’t cooling properly. I was told that my electrical system was bad and that my T-wire needed to be replaced—for a cost of $1,300. I decided to get a second opinion. Another company came out, inspected everything, and found that the T-wire was working perfectly. No repair was needed. The real problem? The Gulf Shore technician had failed to clean the drain line during the maintenance visit the week before. The backed-up drain line tripped the float switch, causing the issue. I emailed Gulf Shore multiple times explaining what happened and even had one more technician come out to give them the opportunity to make it right. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they doubled down on the unnecessary repair recommendation. There was no apology and no accountability. If you like being ripped off, call them.
