- GGGerard GeyerAug 26, 20262.0Recently got a competitive detailed quote from Gulf Coast Windows and doors.They offered Lots of insight and advice. The experience was great up until I read the fine print on the contract. BUYER BEWARE In my opinion The contract language does everything to protect the company and negate the rights of the customer. You may get a great job as indicated in many reviews BUT in my opinion if there is a problem unresolved this contract guarantees you signed away your rights. When I presented this dilemma to the owner his response was " You need to rely on my reputation." Have not heard from him since!! How many TV news shows have you all seen about the consumer being stuck by contractors. Many!!! How many about contractors being stuck by the consumer None!!! Read the fine print. Taking my business elsewhere.

I received three quotes and they were the only company to 1) offer to touch up paint around the installed windows and doors, 2) manage the HOA approval process and 3) quote top end materials at a reasonable price. They were extremely professional and totally managed the process and installation while we were overseas. Stayed in constant contact, and totally responsive through the process. The follow-up afterwards was great, and everything looks like high quality work. Highly recommend.
