Recently, when it was needing a big repair, I called Gen-Power to come and give a quote on replacing the old Generac with a new one. The president of Gen-Power himself came out and performed a thorough inspection of the current setup and then provided a quote for exactly what I needed. He made sure to not oversell items that didn’t require replacement given the past setup. He was very professional and showed great integrity. Gen-Power provided a great quote along with a substantial warranty. The installation crews were outstanding and the entire process was done with 3 work days after a wait time of just 3 weeks on the generator order. This is a local family-owned company…..and they were fantastic to work with. The service plan is also very competitively priced and we feel good that they will be the ones to service the unit in the coming years. This company gets my highest recommendation!
