  Seriously great company!! They actually want to help you and not screw you!! We had no ac. They got what we needed asap and made room in their schedule to get it done same day. AND they were $1000 cheaper than the company we were scheduling with. Highly recommend!!!

  I Contacted GM Mechanical on june 11 to diagnose a problem with my A/C. Geoff came over next day within 30 min stated that i needed a new txv valve replacement. My unit is under warranty. He stated he would contact lennox for the part. He left and asked for no compensation for the initial visit and that we would settle up after part comes inand job performed. After 2 week of silence, on June 23rd I called and got voicemail and called back a minute later and received and answer. I was looking for some type of update on part and time frame which Jeff told it was on back order and he would give me a call when part comes in. THIS WAS THE LAST TIME I SPOKE WITH JEFF. It has been close to a month at this time from the initial visit, so I called back again on july 9th, in which I got no answer and no call back. I called back again today july 20 with no answer , and no call back. I personally own a small business and always try to reach out to other small businesses when able. But this is exactly why people go to big box stores, not a phone call, not a text message. Not even anything to say he would not be coming back. Very unprofessional. Luckily my house is upstairs and downstairs. So I have some reprieve from the heat by going upstairs. I would not use these individuals as being unprofessional and unreliable. When given the opportunity whether or not, you want to or don't want to do the job, communication is key.I would not suggest anyone use this company based on my experience. Currently , be in service by different small TODAY. And I will see if they actually ever ordered the part for my a/c unit.

  Great service, fast, honest prompt. We called over the weekend. Keegan came to our home on Tuesday. Talked us through everything that he was going to do before he did it very professional we ended up needing a new Motor he was able to come back the next day to replace it so we wouldn’t have to go any longer without AC. We were so happy we ended up signing up for a twice a year service!
