  We had an excellent experience with FFI Contracting. From start to finish, their professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship were outstanding. What impressed us most was their incredible attention to detail—they took the time to make sure every aspect of the project was done right, and it truly shows in the finished work. They were dependable, easy to work with, and genuinely cared about delivering a quality result.   We hired FFI to update/renovate our guest bath and primary bath. FFI was great to work with—start to finish. They listened to our requirements and made suggestions where appropriate. They put together detailed drawings and costs, closely managed the whole project, and promptly answered any questions we had throughout the project. The process of working with their suppliers and subcontractors was seamless. Their subcontractors (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, tile and flooring installers) all did beautiful work exactly to our specifications. All were extremely professional and meticulous, and cleaned up after themselves after each work day. The materials and workmanship costs were reasonable, and "top shelf" quality. The project management, coordination and communication by Tami Fitzsimmons and Marc Gliatas was consistent and complete. FFI has the tools to efficiently and effectively plan and execute any size project and keep the homeowner appraised as to status at each step. We plan to work with them again for our next projects.

  Marc Gliatas and the Florida's Finest Industries did a remarkable job rebuilding our apartment after it was destroyed by Hurricane Ian. Our experience with Marc and the craftsmen at FFI was what everyone hopes will happen with their contractor, but seldom does. Communication with Marc was easy and frequent, we were always kept up to date with the progress by frequent ZOOM conferences with him and Tami Fitzsimmons (who coordinates everything) and lots of pictures taken by the various craftsmen on the job, all of whom were very nice people. Marc has been in remodeling for decades and has mastered it all. I believe Marc saved me money, and certainly kept me from mistakes by gently providing better alternatives. He is a great advisor and a very patient man. The results were all that I could have wished for. I was "wedding day happy" with the result. We rent our apartment most of the time, and our visitors have been very happy with the "new" apartment, and there has not been a complaint. This sounds too good to be true. But it is true. Mark was highly recommended to me by my neighbor at the Estero Beach Club. When our rebuild was completed, I emailed my strong recommendation of Mark and FFI to all owners of the 48 units at the Club. My recommendation was followed an equally strong one from my friends who had also used Marc for their rebuild. If I had it to do again - I would do it again with Marc Gliatas and Florida's Finest Industries. That's what you need to know! Bill Laird Tallahassee, Florida
