I called looking for help with a large new-construction plumbing order for a 36-unit building, and the person I spoke with had a terrible attitude and seemed completely uninterested in helping. If someone doesn’t want to help customers or do their job, they should stay home. Ferguson shouldn’t be losing customers because of poor customer service. This would have been a significant order—all the plumbing piping and materials for a 36-unit project—but after that experience, I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.
