  This is the absolute worse company for any installation company to work with. From the account rep, to the production manager, to the tech support team and more. I have been working with Eastern Architectural for nearly 5 years now and it has been the same toxic cycle forever. I am certain other installers and installation companies like mine will relate. Tight sashes. Tilt latches net properly set right. Occasional crooked sashes. Bowed lower exterior sills. Screen issues. Undisclosed missing lift rails on the higher design pressure windows in the 143 Series. They send their service techs to the home to do a specific service and then the service reps are in the field attempting to throw us under the bus for "improper installs". We have experienced this at least 3 times now. Then we schedule the final inspection the very next day after their service techs leave and pass inspection. Not only that but have even had service that needed follow up and then a different service tech comes out and says there were no installation issues. My biggest problem with this is that the service techs are giving all of this information to the homeowner and causing our customers to lose trust in us. We have master certified installers from Andersen, licensed installers with glaze licenses with us, and more. We have a solid 5 star rating on Google and BBB and have never had a problem with any other manufacturer at this level. While I will admit that their products are mostly solid quality. They repeat the same issues over and over mostly on their non-impact products. I have personally had conversations with one of the senior account reps which I won't disclose full name of (John), and he has made personal promises to not only fix the issues and work on the delays for service... but he promised me compensation for so many of these issues that compiled and cost us over $16k in losses within a 3-month period. That promise he made was back in April. Well, it's August now and I have followed up with him with several emails. Not only have I not received the compensation but instead he only sent me a letter for how Eastern processes their warranty claims. He even bolded certain areas within the warranty as if I was too incompetent to understand. As of yesterday I have made the decision to meet with Norandex about one of their product lines to immediately replace Eastern. Eastern you all had a good run with us and you have some decent products. But when you screw up, you screw up real bad and you don't take care of the people who are loyal and stay with you through all of the ups and downs. I have suffered through this similar patten for 5 years. And now the reviews from my customers and me are coming to catch up to you. Thanks!

  Love EAS! Everyone who works there is amazing to communicate with especially Robyn, Jasmin, and Madalynn. Our delivery driver Marcellus is amazing handles our deliveries wonderfully we enjoy having him as our delivery guy. Their products are amazing as well and beautiful!!!!

  Our company has been ordering windows from Eastern for many years, long before I even joined. I can’t say enough good things about both their products and their team. Working with Eastern has always been a smooth and personable experience. Their ordering portal is easy to use, and the confirmation calls to catch potential mistakes have saved me a lot of time and money. Lead times are consistently reasonable, and whenever we’ve had an issue, their service team has gone above and beyond to make it right. A special shoutout to Robyn on the service team—we’ve worked with her for years, and she’s been incredible. I’ve never had a situation she couldn’t solve or a question she couldn’t answer right away. That kind of reliability is rare. They’ve even gone as far as delivering items to our job site the same day when we forgot to include something in an order. That level of support is hard to find anywhere else. I also want to recognize our delivery driver, Marcelo. He brings an amazing attitude every time. Marcelo genuinely connects with our office staff, remembers past conversations, and always shows up with positive energy. On top of that, he’s fast, organized, and efficient. Everything is unloaded and accounted for in no time. This review is long overdue. Eastern is a fantastic company with an outstanding team. We truly appreciate everything you do.

  Horrible experience from start to finish. Quality control was clearly lacking, and I’m still dealing with unresolved issues. The warranty process has been frustrating and slow, with over a month just to get a response—and even then, it was vague and didn’t address the problem. Communication has been poor throughout, leaving me constantly chasing answers. At this point, I still have an outstanding QC issue with no clear resolution. Would not recommend.
