We called on a Friday afternoon not expecting same day service. Ted was here within a couple of hours. The person that answered the phone and was actually pleasant. What a concept. Needed to have a supply line for a shower head removed and replaced. The concern was the pipe would break behind the wall or tile would get broken or both. Ted was able to remove the supply line without any issues. I would highly recommend this company. They had done some work for us several years ago and that experience was also very good. They are scheduled to come out again for some other plumbing updating we need to have done.
