  Just got our new A/C unit installed and it was an exceptional experience! Hector and Brett came and did a very good job. We had Dave for our initial diagnostic and recommendation for the unit we ended up getting installed. We had a lot of decisions to make and all of it was costly, but we had a very smooth experience from start to finish. Initial Appt: Dave came out and was able to take our old unit (that Certified installed for a previous owner) right apart and inspected everything top to bottom. He kept us aware of everything as he found it and ended up giving us multiple options of what to do. It was not any kind of sales pushing at all, which we super appreciated. He recommended all kinds of different things to help keep the costs under control, and he was always very responsive to our text messages asking him questions. He fully went with what we decided on and just kept asking how he could help. Really a stand up service and a stand up guy. We got a full report of pictures and everything to help us make our decision. We ended up going with a new unit entirely, as the costs to repair would have been unreasonable on a 9 year old unit out of warranty. He gave us a "good" "better" and "best" set of options with units that would work natively with our duct work. We chose the "better" unit, which was a higher tier than our current unit. Financing: They actually do financing on new air units and big repairs! We learned that this wasn't common, so it was pleasant to see given we had a large expense we were going for. For those looking into financing, they offer options for both good and middling credit. We were able to get financing through Wells Fargo at a very good rate that we can pay off within a year on top of a decent sized down payment. It was approved in minutes and everything was taken care of for us. A big relief when thinking about such a big expense. Installation: Hector and Brett came out right on time and got right to work. They had the entire outside and inside air handler disassembled and out of the house within 2 hours, which let us see just how bad of a condition the unit was in for us. They lay down sheets and protectants to ensure your home does not get banged up or scratched. You don't have to lift a finger. They were also very willing to answer any questions I had while they were working on the installation or testing out the system. They spent a solid hour and half testing out different parts of the system to make sure everything worked well, tweaking small bits to ensure optimal performance. Hector took time to show me the unit and educated me on what potential problems to look for. They also noted that if we saw any concerns to call them right back out to look at whatever it was, and gave us a schedule timeline for when to begin maintenance. They couldn't have been nicer and everything is working perfectly. Getting a new A/C unit replaced was very daunting for us as newer home owners but Certified made it so much easier. We are very pleased with the overall experience!

  Both Jesse and Haviar were OUTSTANDING! Jesse initially came out at the end of day and went out of his way to come up to the store where l work and patiently waited while l served customers to explain everything. Watching Haviar work was like watching the Olympics. Up and down my 11 steps, around the side of house going up and down AC platform, in and out of house via steps SMILING the whole time. Both these gentlemen were courteous, professional and helpful. The kind of people you hope your loved ones will marry.

  Their technician came out and made multiple mistakes and a complete misdiagnosis. Then proceeded to send me an estimate fixing the wrong parts. Told me I needed a new condenser coil but gave me the estimate for a new evaporator coil. Even though they were changing the condenser coil they were also charging me for a deep chemical clean of the existing condenser coil. Can't make this up watch for photos. Okay so they won't let me upload photos of their many mistakes made on one simple estimate. 2 completely different companies came out and told me the system was misdiagnosed. Both confirmed the miss diagnosis

  Terrible company call anyone else. They came out, couldn’t diagnose the correct problems. Began just throwing parts at the AC. Obviously didn’t fix it, at one point the tech actually told my tenant to come into the attic. Waited 2 months on parts, company refused to compensate with ac units in the meantime as the parts were (unknown arrival) I think they said $550 for the ac units before labor. Company also refused to give me my money back so I could go elsewhere with my business, however we’re willing to use it as a credit if I bought a new AC for $12k plus I believe. My AC is 3 years old so this price is their “warranty repair” as well. Paid $3k for an evap coil replacement and service, obviously that didn’t fix it, they have left with the problem unresolved. Don’t call them unless you’re just looking to have parts thrown your way.
