  ​5/5 Stars – Incredible Sunday Service! ​I cannot recommend Joshua from Certified Heating and Cooling enough! My AC went out on a Sunday, and he absolutely saved the day. I called them, and Joshua arrived at my house within the hour. ​Not only was he incredibly fast to respond, but he was also professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job getting everything running perfectly again in no time. It is rare to find that level of dedication and speedy service, especially on a weekend. ​If you need your AC fixed right and fixed fast, ask for Joshua. Thank you so much for the outstanding work!

  Hector and Brett installed our unit at our home. They worked from 10:00 till 7 stoped long enough to swallow a sandwich they installed. Our unit explained everything to my husband replaced the condenser hardwired my thermostat mind you going up and down 15 stairs 1000 times in one day and climbing up the attic at 100+ degrees and they acted so professional and with respect to my home, they like tarps they picked up all the tarps with their trash in it and what fill out they brought their own broom and wanted to sweep my house after 40 years of being run around by air-conditioning companies. We have finally found a home with Certified. They will be the only ones to ever come back to my home. Thank you Brett and Hector. You guys were amazing.

  Very thorough and professional work, Preston was able to show me pictures and describe everything in great detail. Very happy with this first visit and plan to engage on a regular maintenance agreement with this company. It is truly a company that is confident in their abilities that offers the first maintenance visit free. I work from home and always am here to observe when our maintenance is done every 6 months and I have to say that Preston was more thorough than the company we previously used. I don't have any complaints about the company that we used however seeing the difference with Preston and Certified, I would prefer to proceed with them. The only disappointment for my husband was that Cecil did not come!

  I did not have work done by the company past the first free maintenance and inspection so can not speak on the work. The company was nice and professional, my issue is that they tried to charge me around $1000 for a part that would have been free from Carrier Air due to it being covered under my ACs warranty, and that was lower than the 3k they quoted for "their part" that they had on hand. The company obviously only cares about taking as much money from you as possible and assuming you are too naive and will take their word for face value. I had it done for a third of the price and only paid labor to a smaller business AC company that was able to pick up the same part from the same supplier that day. Absolutely get another opinion if they quote you for parts.

  My wife and I recently hired Certified Heating and Cooling to evaluate our AC system because we had been experiencing a cooling issue. The technician that came and evaluated our system, Darren, was great! He took lots of pictures and video and showed us the cause of the problem. He gave us an estimate and explained in detail what would be done. We decided to go forward and the team that came to do the repair was equally as great. Our repair technicians Manny & Leonardo were on time, very thorough, and communicated with us throughout the entire process, so we knew everything they were doing and why. Like Darren, they were very knowledgeable, professional and open to any questions we may have. We learned a lot about our system and how to get the most out of it. With so many Heating & Cooling companies in southwest Florida to choose from, we feel very confident that we made the best choice.
