  Eric demonstrated his expertise and showed excellent interpersonal interactions with me. He quickly diagnosed the problem and supplied the solution. He also waited to make sure that the AC was operable. He did not leave until the AC was working properly. What a wonderful experience you created Eric. Thank you very much.

  I had Roderick do scheduled maintenance on my AC today and he was an absolute pleasure. He was respectful, professional and asked all the right questions. If I owned a business in FL I would want him working for me! He was great, thanks again!

  Now going on a month with any resolution or update. My AC unit has frozen over twice in a span of a month. I was told a month ago that they need to replace a part. I haven’t heard from them since mid May and it’s almost July.

  Came out on a Saturday to replace my entire ac unit. Caloosa communicated well, showed up on time and did an excellent job. The 2 installers were polite and very respectful of our home. Great prices and were very upfront about everything. No surprises!

  David is amazing, he is a dynamic technician. David's knowledge and skill level is 💯 %. I watch his performance and he was flawless.
