  My husband's review was partially correct. Alex was very attentive in the beginning. Once the installation was complete and we had a few issues that was no longer the case. We took ownership of our error however, he would not for his part. This is what he does for a living. He had pictures of the original kitchen as a guide yet still it was ALL our fault. No suggestion on how to rectify the situation to make both parties happy. Basically, got your money (all up front I might add) so too bad for you. I will never recommend this company and specifically this store to anyone. We should have gone with an independent company who cares about their reputation.

  I live in Toronto Canada and own a condo in Fort Myers Florida. I have renovated my whole condo except for the kitchen and I decided to go to cabinets to go. I met with Alex very nice gentleman seemed very helpful and got everything done quite quickly for me. Today I returned to Fort Myers with our grandkids and inspected the install cabinets for myself. It all looks nice except for a couple of things that should’ve been brought to my attention in all of the cabinets that I have here I have one drawer I believe that unheard of in the kitchen. And underneath in one of the cabinets where you couldn’t reach around the corner, they put another door small door which during construction broken half so they glued it back together and put some brackets on it to hold it. You can see it right through the front of the cabinet. That is also not acceptable. One other thing where the cabinets meet in the corner There is no wall so when you’re reaching around, if you put something in there on the top shelf, it will fall down in between the cabinets. There is no wall. These are three things that I find unacceptable and should be fixed. I give this company two stars because of these three things that should be fixed.

  Four years ago, I went to Cabinets To Go to have my kitchen cabinets made. Everything was fine, but as time went by, one of the cabinets installed by the crew they sent started loose from the wall.I went back to the office and spoke with the associate I had originally dealt with, Ms. Sirett de la Cruz, she told me that the warranty had expired wich I understand. She said to that contact Mr. José who had installed the cabinets for me back then. I also mentioned at that moment to her that I wanted to do some rollouts drawers nothing was in concrete. I lef she give me called Mr. José number and text him he replied and said that remembered my address and to reset it to him but that was it. next day Sirett de la cruz send me an estimate with the roll out I mention.I wanted to get the rollouts done, so I texted Mr. José again, but he just read the message without replying. I feel like if I had accepted Ms. Sirett initial estimate, Mr. José would have come out to do the work—since it was a somewhat larger job even though I do feel that the cabinets he installed for me are now falling apart.I have some cabinets now that are showing signs of poor installation it started with one, and I worry about the others one could fall on me, or my dogs. I was planning to pay for it; I wasn't looking for any warranty, since I know it’s been four years.That speaks well of the company and its contractors.

  Would rate Zero stars If possible. We went into the showroom and sat with the manager Alex. Picked out cabinets for our wine bar. Showed us pictures and the layout online. Talked about trim etc. NEVER ONCE did he mention that they are self assembly cabinets!!! Shame on me for not reading the fine print on the receipt but that is horrible if not deceptive business practice. We received delivery and were handed boxes filled with cabinet panels. I was taken back. I called the manager to tell him about his business practice and was told “I’ll take it into consideration “. I will never get cabinets from cabinets to go again and will advise anyone that asks to avoid there at all costs. Your deceptive business practice costs you many customers in my new neighborhood.
