  I’m very glad I got a hold of Bose electric with Chelsea and David or Dave and the Electrician with Chelsea. She walked me through a bunch of things that we finally got fixed and Dave what a super Electrician he took a jungle mess and an old circuit breaker box that was outlawed and 20 something years ago that caused fires and put in a brand new one and it everything’s perpendicular to the circuit breaker 90° up the inside there were more than two wires he tie wrapped them together the thing was Perfect looking again, Bose electric thank you very much Charles Bock

  OUTSTANDING SERVCE AND EXPERTISE!!! Super impressed with service by our Tech, Paul Valentin..He was on time, very knowledgeable and made sure our generator was running perfectly before leaving. His attention to detail and communication skills was flawless. Friendly, professional and trustworthy...couldn't ask for better!

  If I could leave zero stars, I would. This company should be shut down. They do not know what they are doing, from top to bottom. One person says one thing, the next person disagrees or has no idea what is going on. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a “contractor” in my life. I can write a novel of the multiple mistakes they have made along my 6+ months grueling journey with them, but I just don’t have the energy. It doesn’t even end once they install because the monitoring and service isn’t any better. If I can recommend any single thing, it’s STAY AWAY and find another installer. I wish I did

  When I finally decided to splurge and get a whole house generator I decided to go with Bo's Generators. I liked that I could get a lifetime warranty and it's supposed to be transferable so should be a good investment. Matt was very helpful and patient with all my questions. Sydney helped coordinate the project and got the project scheduled as soon as I was ready. The electrician's Roger and Coco showed up very early in the dark to set up the generator. Roger kept me informed during the process and even reached out later that day. They finished the job quickly, even with my interruptions! They didn't leave a mess and kept the noise to a minimum. When I had a new breaker box installed a few years ago they were able to make that space look better and more balanced. Neptali the gas technician arrived shortly after and got the propane tanks hooked up explaining the functions and doing a test. Everything worked fine! I'm very happy with this company and the people so would highly recommend them. The propane tanks were bigger then I thought they would be but the generator was smaller then I thought it would be. I'm kind of looking forward to hurricane season.

  Buyer beware! They require a substantial non-refundable deposit when you place a generator order, which is not the case with most of their competitors. In our case the permitting process was taking an inordinate amount of time. We requested to cancel our order after over 16 weeks of waiting for our installation to even be scheduled, which would've been another 4 weeks on top of that. We even offered to reimburse the permitting expense if they would just credit back our deposit. They refused. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your generator purchase. This is poor business practice.
