  We had Bose generator come out and install a whole home standby generator. Roger the electrician gave me a call the night before explained the process for the following day. His partner Coco and him showed up on time. They did a nice job installing a 28KW Generac generator. Neptali The gas technician showed up on time. Also he also did a nice job hooking up the gas to the generator. Once the generator was installed, it was tested and Roger answered questions and concerns and everything worked fine. I would recommend Bo’s generators for anybody looking for standby Power needs. The team was courteous, professional, and well mannered and if you’re looking for an A-Team for your generator installation, I would recommend this team for your install. Thank you for your service.

  I hired them for monitoring and maintenance less than a month ago, after what I went thru to get a tech out to look at my mobile link I moved on to another company! Their customer service is nonexistent, had an appt. between 8-12 no show until after many calls a disgruntled tech showed up at 4:30 after a call from their service mgr and spoke to me in the most demeaning way! I do not recommend this company if you are looking for peace of mind when your a snowbird and gen is in Florida do not sign up with this company. In addition I had an auxiliary alarm that needed to be reset And I had to pay my electric Electrician $225 to go over there to reset it for me because I made numerous calls to this company to get a check out there and no one answered my call. I left multiple voicemails.

  We had bos generator install a 22kw generac generator Roger the electrician gave me a call the night before. Explain what was gonna take place. The following day, roger and coco showed up on time did a nice job installing our generator, next up was Nepali the cas technician, he also did a nice job. I would recommend bows, generator to family, friends, neighbors, and even strangers. If they are looking for a standby power needs, this is a great team. This company Rocks and this team is the Rockstars of the company! Thank you bos generators!!!

  Just had our whole house generator installed by Bo’s Generator. It has to be one of the best experience dealing with a company that we have ever had with a home improvement project. From start to finish customer service was outstanding. Matt and Sydney, were very thorough and patient while providing the estimate, permitting process, pre installation instructions and post installation. Communication was clear and informative. The installation went smoothly, was well organized, and was all done in one (1) day! AMAZING!!! Roger and Coco, the electricians did a FABULOUS job. They showed up when they said they would. Their install is clean and very professional looking. Nepali, was our gas install technician, very nice and respectful. Shawn, was the excavator operator. He did a FANTASTIC job. The guys that trenched the gas line also did a FANTASTIC job, being respectful of our property and there was limited damage to our lawn. All in all the whole team were EXTREMELY EXCELLENT PROFESSIONALS! My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bo’s Generator.

  I gave them a 1 only because their installation staff was courteous and installed a good working generator. The rest of my experience with the company was horrific. I contracted with them for the installation in November of 2024 and received assurances that it would be completed before June 2025 (start of hurricane season). I applied for and secured financing approval immediately and filled out & submitted city building permit form to them as requested. I heard nothing back from them regarding the installations progress. In early 2025 I started calling them only to find out they had not submitted the permit in 2025 and I needed to complete a updated form due to permitting changes. I did that immediately but had to submit it to them more than once due to their internal mistakes. It was now close to the expiration date for my financing approval window. Ultimately they did not install my generator until July 31, 2025, nine months after I contracted for them it's installation. During that time the window for the first financing agreement (with the company they recommended) expired and despite their assurances that it would be no problem to get the first agreement extended, the financing company declined to do so at the first interest rate which resulted in a higher interest rate for the contract. (Bos did compesate me for approximately 1 year of the additional interest) During the installation, I was reassured that if they damaged my irrigation system they would repair it. They did not do so. I later discovered the damage and it cost me over $800.00 to have it repaired. I have been calling and attempting to talk to someone to try to work out something regarding this issue since late 2025 and management is refusing to return my calls. All and all, my dealings with Bos generators has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have ever had.
