  $150 for the initial visit is to much. Total bill today was $300. This will prevent me from using your company again. I like everything else about your company.

  Always honest air actually called my sc a pos (,piece of shit). The tech actually shared issues about the ac with the tenant that wasn't paying his bill after I instructed the tech to refer all tenants questions to me the landlord as I was paying the bill and not the tenant. 2nd issue, my personal residence ac went down on the weekend and I was told a 200.00 emergency service call would apply. Then the tech called me and advised me it would be a 500.00 emergency service call. 3rd issue, came out to give an estimate to replace went through everything and never called nor texted. I called and asked where's the estimate and was told they will nit be giving a proposal as they have to much business. When an owner allows their employees to do as they please that creates a wall between the customer and business. I can nor work with a company that allows their tech to talk to customes with no regards to whom us paying the bill. Sad but true.

  Cris always does a good job servicing my system. Always Honest Air had a great deal on the service deal and was well worth the investment to maintain my system. I’m up for a renewal on the service contract and hopefully they will offer the same deal as last time.

  Always Honest Air should also be named Honestly Always There! AC went down the night before first day of school, one quick phone call and a technician was out to the house within two hours. They have always been reliable, efficient, and affordable. Hands down best AC company in the area! And David Vunk, technician that has serviced and maintained my system is top notch! Thanks so much for the amazing service you all provide to our community! Never trusted an AC company and all the employees like this!
