They sent out a repair man fast, he said the screws they put in were 2 small and showed us the little screws and put in bigger screws. He was great. We were told they would get back with us on whether we would owe anything. Then they charged us and said it had been 2 years so no warranty. What??? You use little screws and that isn't a concern? Hummm guess they don't want it to last! Quite disappointing 😞! No, I would not recommend them.
