  Tiger Team Roofing deserves more than 5-stars. They are an exceptional group of dedicated workers both in the field and in-house. From our salesman Ray, who oversaw the entire project, to the office personnel Christine & GiGi who keep us appraised on the schedlue and timing and Mike who handled the Guttering Phase. The entire roof replacement was completed on time, no surprises, Everyone we had contact with was professional, reacted in a timely manner. Kudos to a great company. I'd recommend Tiger Team first.   Amazing experience start to finish.Gary and the tiger team were fantastic. I do facility management as a living and choosing the right contractor can be difficult, especially in south florida. He does not subcontract his workers which is very hard to find. This means everyone works directly for him. His workers are friendly and respectful. They got the job done super quick but with very high quality. The roof looks amazing. I would recommend him to everyone. He’s not the cheapest and he knows that, but if you want quality, transparency, honesty, and efficiency, Tiger Team is your roofer. Also, adding that I was reading through the 1 star reviews and they’re mostly ridiculous. A roofer saying he doesn’t want to continue a job left by someone else is a pathetic review and to leave a 1 star for it show you know nothing about true contracting work. Read the 1 star reviews and you’ll see how most of them are absurd they are. Thanks again Gary!

  I hired Tiger team after many raving reviews from friends that have used them in the past and I will say I was blown away with their service and quality of work. They aren’t the cheapest or most expensive, they are clear on what all the costs are and over communicate but I honestly love that. Gigi was the MVP she was so kind and patient with me and my job timeframe. The crew who came out to do the job was very careful to ensure my pool and house wouldn’t be damaged during the process. And most of all I was blown away by their logistics, they had trucks and crews out doing each one job and making sure everything was perfect.

  I highly recommend Tiger Team. Gigi Calderon was excellent in coordination, crew leader Klint Peacock, and Robert who cut the metal and did the final cleanup—for their exceptional service, workmanship, and professionalism. Before the physical work even began, Gigi kept me constantly updated on the schedule, ensuring I knew exactly when the crew would arrive and when the city inspections would take place. Her clear, proactive communication removed all the guesswork and made the logistics entirely stress-free. The field execution was equally impressive. This was a complex job due to extensive termite damage discovered under the old roof. Klint’s crew handled this challenging repair seamlessly, ensuring the structural decking was perfectly replaced and secure before laying down the new metal panels. Klint took the time to explain the repairs needed, giving me complete peace of mind. A few specific areas where the team truly excelled include: • Office Coordination: Gigi’s precise scheduling and timely inspection updates kept the entire project moving forward seamlessly without any delays. • Expert Craftsmanship: The new metal roof looks beautiful. I’ve had several people stop by and comment on how nice it looks. • Structural Remediation: Klint’s crew efficiently repaired the termite-damaged wood, leaving the underlying structure rock-solid. • Spotless Cleanup: The team thoroughly swept the yard for sharp metal scraps, old nails, and debris daily, keeping my property safe. At the end of the project, Robert swept again when he picked up the trash and accessories. It is rare to find this level of dedication, technical skill, and customer service from both the office and the field.

  I don’t see a spot for a 6th star, so I’ll elaborate… I got a total of 5 quotes from some of the best-known roofers in the area, and ultimately went with Tiger. Here’s why: 1) They were the ONLY company to mention the “Save My Florida Home” program. This program can provide a significant rebate from the state, and Tiger helped me through the entire process. Not one of the other companies even mentioned it. They simply didn’t seem interested in helping with it. To me this spoke volumes on integrity and ethic on Tigers behalf 2) What you see is what you get. The final quote included a generous amount of flashing, plywood, and end caps. I was fortunate and had ZERO cost overruns on my roof — zero. There were no surprise charges and no hidden markups for premium materials. 3) The roof came out AMAZING. The workmanship looks fantastic, and the warranty was included without me having to pay extra for it....QUALITY 4) The installation was fast and professional. The crew worked incredibly quickly and did a great job with cleanup. Alex was a PRO — if you use Tiger, ask for Alex as your GC. He was EXCELLENT. The crew ..I've never come across such hard workers in my life ..amazing..talking to them most have worked for Tiger team for decades ... 5) The job was completed on time and on budget. No mess etc... After getting five different quotes, I feel confident that I made the right choice going with Tiger. From the initial quote all the way through completion, the experience was professional, transparent, and hassle-free. If you’re getting a new roof, I highly recommend at least getting a quote from Tiger. -SHANNON
