  This company blew it out of the park in every aspect. So professional with the first meeting discussing the cabinets and what to get and everything, and then with the man who came to measure, the cabinets was wonderful, knowledgeable, and respectful. The office always kept me informed prior to installation. Once this installers arrive, they were very efficient, knowledgeable, respectful, and they cleaned up after themselves. Plus, they have also Contacted me after the completion to make sure that I was satisfied. Very pleased and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone wanting their cabinets replaced.

  Fabian and Mario did a great job changing our the rubber seals of my door. They arrived on time. They were careful and focused on the task. They were very professional. Both were kind enough to help me put my door cover back on. Thank you to both Fabian and Mario for a job well done. Be well 🙏

  After much research and a plethora of company options- I chose to consult with a national, reputable company Renuity. I submitted an inquiry online for a bathroom remodel. I was immediately called. Spoke with Chase. We discussed the work to be done, the address, and 2nd floor location with elevator access. On the appointment day, I meet Sebastian in my condo. Very polite, well dressed man. More than an hour into the presentation he excuses himself to get samples of stone. Upon his return to the condo Sebastian shares he received a call from his superior stating “my bathroom cannot be done”. I was completely perplexed! The reason given was the condo is on a second floor and Renuity cannot take the risk of leaks onto the first floor!?!? My confusion turned into frustration. Knowing full well “2nd floor” was discussed with Chase during the initial appointment setting call. This was a complete waste of time, Sebastian called his superior in my presence, asked her if she’d like to speak with me. She said “no”. Nothing to say after wasting a consumers time? How about an apology? I would have expected so much more from a national seemingly reputable company. I guess not.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I strongly recommend avoiding this company. They failed to properly close out two bathroom remodeling permits, which have since expired and are now causing significant delays and complications during the sale of our home. For the past three weeks, we have been working with Anna Desius, Permit Processor at Renuity, to resolve the issue, but there has been little to no meaningful progress. Despite multiple emails, phone calls, and repeated assurances that the matter was being handled, there has been no resolution. The only response we consistently received was, “We are working on it.” Unfortunately, those promises have not translated into action. To verify the status myself, I visited the Miami Shores Building Department in person. I was informed that they had not received any communication from Renuity regarding these permits, despite being told otherwise. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially given the urgency of the situation. As a result of Renuity’s lack of follow-through and poor communication, I am now forced to hire another contractor to correct the problem and close out the permits properly. What should have been a straightforward administrative process has become a costly and time-consuming ordeal. If you value accountability, communication, and follow-through, I would look elsewhere.
