We purchased a condo in FL while living out of state and they were incredibly easy to work with and accommodating with our schedule to give us options in stock and readily available for install. They took care of everything, to include working with our management company to provide insurance information and coordinate installation. They arrived on time, removed the old carpet, and installed the new one efficiently and with great care. We were sent pictures of the final product and it looked great. After seeing it in person, we can confirm that it came out amazingly well. This is the type of customer service that is now very rare and therefore so special. We appreciate this team and their efforts so much! Paul's Carpet & Floor is the real deal and we recommend them 10/10!!
