- MSMarcio S.Sep 22, 20261.0Terrible company! First of all, seems that they are doing a favor answering the phone and scheduling an appointment. After that, you stay waiting hours for them to show as scheduled, call them, and until now, no one can even say to me what happened! they keep forwarding the calls without success. So many companies can perform these type of work, don't call them!
- JKJenn KijakSep 11, 20261.0Had an appointment scheduled. I called to get an arrival time on the day of the appointment. After putting me on hold twice and waiting 10 minutes, they informed me they needed to reschedule because of weather. If I hadn’t called, they likely would not have informed me. Now I have another 3 hour slot I need to try to hold open in the hope and prayer they will actually show up. Terrible customer service.
- ECElizabeth CallavaAug 28, 20261.0I called to ask a simple question and the woman that answered the phone was rude as well as cut me off in the middle of what I was asking her regarding a garage door to be reinforced. First impressions are everything so I would not recommend this place. All I needed was to know if they can help me with a current garage door for security purposes, but the woman that answered the phone seemed like I was bothering her by calling. The owner needs to know about this so he could hire better people to represent his or her business. The call took place today.

- DRDennis RyallApr 27, 20265.0We had a spring break overnight. I called EDL at 8am this morning and they were here within two hours. Thirty minutes later, all fixed. Couldn't be happier with the fast response and the service. Highly recommend!
