Be wary. They took over an additional month to deliver the product and kept providing excuses without any confirmation or updates. My contact, Duane, had excruciatingly poor communication skills and completely forgot to check in with me over multiple weeks. This is very poor customer service skills.
In the end, they received a refund from their supplier and chose to keep it rather than provide it to their customer (me) for the delay (100%+ to date) that caused additional cost and concerns on my part. The supplier provided them with a refund with the explicit mention of passing it on to me. I spoke with the supplier myself. I would skip the middle man and work directly with the supplier.
UPDATE: responding to their response below:
While I understand that production and procurement timelines can fluctuate, my concern was never solely the duration itself, but rather the complete lack of communication throughout the process. I was provided multiple projected completion dates on consecutive occasions, and each time I only learned the order would be delayed after personally reaching out to Duane for confirmation. At no point was there any proactive communication, advance notice, or meaningful status transparency provided.
This repeatedly forced me to alter my schedule and project planning, while also negatively impacting the financial and operational aspects of my project. Delays can happen in any business; however, failing to communicate those delays to a customer in a timely and professional manner is entirely avoidable.
Even now, I have been waiting nearly another month for a response from Duane. That level of non-responsiveness is not simply an inconvenience — it reflects a serious deficiency in customer service and operational professionalism. Had communication been handled appropriately, I could have adjusted expectations and pivoted accordingly. Instead, there was effectively no accountability, no visibility into the status of the order, and an overall level of communication that falls well below what should be expected from a professional business.
