  STAY AWAY! Awful customer service. Salesperson had me buy additional flooring stating it could be returned, but not told of all the additional fees to return it including: Restocking Fee, Return Shipping Cost, Return Fees, Miscellaneous, and Surcharges, totaling more than half of the value of the floor! In addition, the flooring (still in original box) had to be strapped, wrapped, and palletized. SAY NO TO CATALFAMO!

  Over the years, my experience at Catafalmo has always been amazing. Their selection of tiles, and the warm friendly staff has continued and includes my visit this week. Selecting tiles is very overwhelming for me, and designing is definitely not in my wheelhouse. When I walked in, James was so friendly and helpful and then Chris patiently listened and helped me choose tiles that were exactly what I needed to go with my vanity.

  I have used Catalfamo Flooring years ago, I remembered their quality and attention to detail. We went back to James Aversa, he understood our vision for 2 bathrooms and added more possibilities. We purchased tile for both bathrooms and are so happy with the quality of tile and beauty in the design. I highly recommend Catalfamo, between their eye for design and tile delivery, we are very happy.
