  I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Catalfamo Tile! From the very beginning, James was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was there to help every step of the way. His expertise made a big difference in making my project come together. The selection at the store is amazing! They have an endless variety of tile, including the large-format tile and beautiful mosaics I needed to complete my project. I was impressed with both the selection and the quality. The delivery was just as great. The delivery team was punctual, professional, and kept me informed about when my order would arrive. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend Catalfamo Tile and would absolutely use them again for any future projects. Great selection, great service, and great people!

  This is an amazing store with the most amazing staff. I stopped into this little store, just to buy a very small order of tile, In fact when I stopped, I was just looking, probably on my way to Home Depot… I was shocked at their selection of options. Their displays were Unique andamazing. I am not sure if there’s any tile that you could want, that they could not get for you. . Cris waited on me. He was a surprise.. totally Friendly, and focused. I explained I was looking for a very small amount of tile. ExpectingThat he would just point me in the right direction. That was not the case he took care of that order as if I were buying a house full of tile… Suggested details, suggested options. I ordered the tile and Cris let me know that the warehouse would alert me when the Tile was in. They did, and they were every bit as accommodating as Cris. Again, this was a tiny order of tile and this company went way out of their way to make sure everything was Handled with care and professionalism these are good people. They deserve five stars…. Whether you’re looking for wood floors, countertops, Or an amazing tile mural wall

  It is unfortunate I have to leave this review as I have been a customer here for a few years. (This is not a reflection on the sales associate I work with as he was helpful and polite and did all he could do with what he had) This past year I bought some wallpaper from this location. I know this is a high-end wallpaper retailer, so I trusted the quality of anything that comes from here. I bought about $7,000 worth of wallpaper that I was waiting to have installed in my home after construction was completed and once I finally was able to install it, the paper looked absolutely horrendous. I contacted Catalfamo and they referred me to their claims department who told me a 10 step process on how to better install the product but I had already paid someone to install the paper and uninstall it and there was no way I would put this back on my walls. They end up offering me credit for the unopened paper, come to find out the turn around for me to use the credit was just a few weeks after returning. You are better off buying paper from an online retailer. Skip this location under any circumstances. EDIT TO RESPOND: I am still OUT $7,000 for the wallpaper so please disregard the long response of NOTHING from the business. The issue was never resolved
