I received excellent service from my technician Dwayne. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in repairing my HVAC unit. He explained the issue clearly and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the care he put into his work. Dwayne exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend him and this company for HVAC repairs!

Nelson is the key…. The most knowledgeable, forthright, honest Operations Manager that I’ve ever encountered in my 67 years. So if you don’t deal with him, don’t deal with anyone.

Americare Appliance Repair installed my new A/C unit, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The installation was completed in a timely manner, and they even handled the warranty registration and permitting process for me, which made everything stress-free. The technicians were professional, respectful, and made sure to clean up after themselves before leaving. On top of that, their in-house customer service is truly top tier. I highly recommend Americare Appliance Repair — 10/10 service!

After days without AC, I called Americare Appliance Repair and they came out quickly to fix the leak we were having. Their turnaround time was amazing. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue to me instead of just sending over an estimate for repairs. As a woman, it felt good knowing the technician was being honest with me and not just trying to sell me a brand-new unit. I was given three repair options: a temporary fix, a longer-term temporary repair, and the option for a new unit. The other companies I contacted only wanted to push a replacement system. If you’re looking for honest service and the right repair the first time, I definitely recommend Americare Appliance Repair.

I had an outstanding experience with this HVAC company from start to finish! Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were able to come out much sooner than I expected. The technician, Kenrod, arrived right on time, was professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my system in terms I could understand. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything fixed efficiently without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The pricing was fair and transparent, which I really appreciated. My system is running better than ever now! What really stood out was their customer service—friendly, honest, and truly focused on making sure I was satisfied. It’s hard to find trustworthy companies these days, but this team exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality HVAC service!
