- JPJR PMay 17, 20221.0Buyer beware. Not sure the how the sales dept is now but when we bought our home we were sold on false promises of a family friendly neighborhood. Almost 3 years later and we have watched extra homes built in what was promised as recreation areas that were also on the original development plans we were given. And warranty work is non existant so if on your pre close walk thru I suggest you dont close til your list is fixed.

She is so nice, helpful and understanding that honestly if the community would've been closer to the highway I would have definitely purchased a home from her. Even when she knew I'd be buying my home in a difference community and I came back to look at the Model for a final decision and design inspiration she was helpful and made us feel just as if we had just purchased a home from her. If you're looking for a home in Fernandina and want someone who understands you and listens you should definitely tour this community and buy from her! :)
