  I can’t say enough about the amazing experience I had with one of your employees- Kaden. He came to check my water softener. He discovered a leak from the brine line. He informed me and went to work fixing the line, confirmed the repair had been successful, then added the salt. He was courteous, professional, and knew what he was doing, all of which are rare these days. Thank you for the great service! The men and women in the field are reflective of the business they work for-EcoWater Systems is to be trusted and commended as exampled by Kaden.

  So happy that we chose Ecowater for our water softener and RO system. Staff members were great to work with and a big shout out to Tevin who installed the systems. He was very knowledgeable and politely explained how things worked. He was professional and respectful of our home, cleaned up after his work which is such a rarity these days. We are definitely recommending Ecowater to others. Thank you to all the Ecowater Staff!

  Do yourself a favor and get 2 or 3 quotes before buying a water treatment system. EcoWater tested my well water at 5–7 ppm iron and 18 gpg hardness and recommended a much more expensive system. Something didn’t feel right, so I had two other companies come out, and I also paid for an independent lab test. Both companies came back at 1.4–2.0 ppm iron and 12 gpg hardness, and the lab came back at 1.6 ppm iron and 12 gpg hardness. Not only were all three pretty much in agreement, they all recommended a much smaller and less expensive system. I emailed EcoWater because I honestly wanted to know why their results were so different. Instead of answering my email, I got a phone call. I was basically told the other companies probably didn’t test my water correctly, and that EcoWater has been around for years and used to be the only company in the Fernandina area. That’s fine, but it still didn’t explain why two other companies and an independent lab all came back with nearly the same numbers while theirs were so much higher. I’m really glad I didn’t feel pressured into signing that day. Taking a little extra time to get more opinions ended up saving me thousands of dollars. The only reason this isn’t a zero-star review is because of the lady who answers the phone. She was always friendly and helpful. Other than that, my advice is simple: shop around, compare the water test results, ask questions, and don’t assume the first quote you get is the one you need. Update: changed to 2 stars After I posted this review, the general manager reached out to me personally, so I wanted to update this review because I think it’s only fair. We ended up having a really good conversation. He listened to everything I had to say and apologized more than once. He told me someone should have offered to come back out and retest my water instead of just explaining why the other companies’ results were different. I also shared that the previous phone conversation with the tech left me feeling like my concerns weren’t really being heard. The general manager agreed that the situation wasn’t handled the way it should have been and assured me they would address it internally to help prevent it from happening again. I still stand by my original review and my decision to go with another company. Three other tests, including an independent lab, all came back with nearly identical results, which gave me a lot more confidence in the system I ultimately chose. That said, I do appreciate that the general manager took the time to call me personally, listened to my concerns, took responsibility, and never once asked me to remove or change my review. I respect that, and I genuinely hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

  Excellent and timely service. When my old water softener failed, EcoWater stepped in and provided a new, modern replacement at a competitive price. Their representative, Josh, was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. His work quality and ability to answer technical and maintenance questions were both excellent. Because of his excellent service, I hesitate to add that to help him in the future, he should upgrade his personal appearance, which was substandard. He should shave and get rid of the nose ring!
