Excellent customer service. High-quality products with great pricing. They allowed me to take a sample home to make sure it matched the aesthetic I was going for. Very pleased with everything and would definitely recommend.

No good useless new manager is worthless doesn't know a lick of flooring at all, she pretends to know something. While Dennis on the other hand was far more knowledgeable and a lot more professionalism than this new manager ever will be. I have recently relocated to Florida and am familiar with the importance of online reviews. Please note that I have no affiliation with the previous manager. However, I found their service to be professional and attentive to my specific flooring requirements. In contrast, the current management lacks the expertise and interpersonal skills demonstrated by their predecessor.
