I entered an agreement to purchase a house but there were some issues inside of the electrical panel that needed to be resolved. I am not sure how involved the seller was in this decision but ultimately I was shown an invoice from Smith's Electric stating that these double tap neutrals and grounds were fixed inside of the panel only to find out in person that they were never addressed. Someone lied and it wasn't me. Not a good look for a certified electrician to completely fabricate the completion of a job for $100 and a 1 star review. No good deed goes unpunished as they say! Oh well, lesson learned...Trust but verify. Should've taken a look instead of trusting an invoice from a certified electrician. Silly me!
