  Wow!!! What a seamless, efficient and professional process. Everyone from Megan at the front desk, Miranda, my project manager, Brian Law, my first point of contact, Tom and Dakota, my installers, Steve, the Superintendent, and Paul D, as well as Dan the Owner were extremely pleasant, informative, and responsive. Taylor followed up me me regarding Sarasota County inspection and she was very pleasant and explained the process. I have been in construction for 35 years and window replacements can be hit or miss depending on contractor. This was a GRAND SLAM. I would highly recommend Englewood Mirror and Glass for any of your window and glass needs.

  We have had an excellent experience with Englewood Glass. Seth was wonderful at the front end being very thorough and helping us make the best decisions for our home and budget. Miranda has communicated with us really well- letting us know what to expect and answering all of our questions. We have had new windows installed on the whole house. There was one glitch (in a three day install we felt that was pretty good:) and they are rectifying it as quickly as possible. We really really appreciated our lead installers expertise and professionalism-John B seriously knows his stuff! Wow what a diligent and professional installer! And a pleasure to have in our home for three days! The rest of the team Char, Matt, and Austin were awesome to work with as well. They cleaned up after each window and were very respectful of our home and dog😊. We are very happy with the product and installation and will highly recommend Englewood Glass!!

  Yesterday, I had glass table tops delivered for my dining room, living room and 3 bedrooms. Living in FL we get many overnight guests. The glass tops help me relax when my guests forget to use a coaster, and my 18 month old granddaughter has her sticky hands all over the furniture. Yes, I’m kind of a clean fanatic but my new furniture was very expensive. I want my furniture to look nice for many yrs to come. The entire process was very easy! Cara was pleasant to talk to, and worked around my schedule when I had an emergency back in NH. Trevor came and measured. My coffee table isn’t just a simple rectangle so he had to template it in order for the glass top to fit perfectly which it did. The two delivery guys Michael & Keith were so friendly and made sure all the pieces fit perfectly!!! Also, a few yrs ago I had two shower doors installed which also exceeded my expectations. Englewood Glass & Mirror will not disappoint, and it’s such a pleasure to deal with people who are happy doing their job making sure your also pleased with the end results.

  We recently had all of our hurricane-rated windows installed, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The entire team was professional, timely, meticulous and genuinely courteous throughout the process. Our salesman, Mike M, was exceptional—he really listened to what we wanted and made sure we got exactly the right fit for our home. Stephen, the superintendent, was always accessible and handled a few minor issues quickly and flawlessly. The installation crew—Dana, Ben, and Miquel—were incredible. They worked efficiently, paid attention to every detail, and left everything impressively clean. It’s rare to see that level of care and teamwork. Anna in the office was also fantastic. She was always just a phone call away, responsive, and never left us waiting for answers. Her communication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this company and their entire team—truly a 5-star-plus experience!

  I’ve had 44 years experience on Manasota Key, throughout which Englewood Glass has had an excellent reputation. We recently ‘buttoned-up’ the last remaining non-impact resistant windows and sliding glass doors with PGT “hurricane” windows. Englewood Glass delivered quality advice and installation, with no hassles and no stress. Kudos to Miranda, who was proactive in managing the project for the best outcome. Special thanks to James and his crew (usually Josh) for meticulous craftsmanship. Everything is straight and true and plumb, and operates smoothly. And virtually no touch-up is required inside or out. Also special thanks to Steven for guiding the final inspection and providing final tips on care and use. I don’t know if it’s training or hiring or corporate culture, but everyone we worked with was top notch.
