  The service tech (Philip Keaser) was polite and very helpful in answering any question I had. He is most knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. He definitely knows his work! Nice job!

  Very easy to make an appointment for AC annual check. Was given a 2 hour window for arrival. Mike Mahnken the technician arrived on time, presented me his card and immediately went to work. He performed the most comprehensive AC check I have ever had with a detailed report. He was efficient and answered my questions about the system. He discovered a start capacitor was not within specifications and I had him replace it as he had one on the truck. I would highly recommend Mike and Castle Air for any service.

  Castle Air would be my number one choice hands down! I recently had a new air conditioner installed and the entire process was a breeze. The installer, Kyle Cox, was a fast worker who remained incredibly focused and hardworking throughout the job. Beyond his efficiency, he was professional, courteous, and truly personable. He made the experience easy and stress-free. If you need HVAC work in SWFL, I highly recommend this team!

  Easily scheduled preventative service. Had to change and reschedule. Staff was amazingly friendly and efficient. Service tech Don Myers couldn’t have been any more friendly and pleasant. Extremely professional and explained the service and what he would be looking for. Explained the service after complete and provided advise for future and things to keep in mind. Highly recommend these folks!!

  The service Don provides is always good. We have a special air filter for the system and he always lets us know if it's in need of a change. The filters are a bit higher quality than the average ones that people change monthly and are a little pricey but work well. The price today was for our annual maintenance and for the new filter. We do the annual maintenance program and this way our system is maintained regularly and prevents issues from arising. Don is a great service tech!
