  Five star all day, came out on a holiday. Tech was awesome, and very knowledgeable. Took care of me no time, house was cooling within an hour!!

  Had problems with the AC and Carrie and Jay came out with such an amazing attitude and service. They helped explain every single bit of detail so well that I was left extremely satisfied with the work done. Phenomenal work, amazing people too. If I ever need maintenance I hope to get Carrie and Jay out here to help out again. I’m extremely grateful to have had an amazing experience!

  My2 year old AC unit quit working. It was under warranty and I wanted a local business to do the service. After a call to Air Shield a technician came out the next morning and determined what was wrong. He said he will order parts for repair and they will be shipped overnight. Cost of service call $89, cost for next day air $150. Seemed reasonable. I paid both amounts and asked if they had a portable room AC unit for use while waiting for repair. It was 86 degrees in my house. Tammy in the office indicated they had two of them but both need ed parts. I continued to call for the next 3 days. Still no parts and no answer of what is being done with the next day air delivery. I continued to call for the next 4 days with no solid answers. By day 9 they said parts were coming that day and no matter what time delivery was my unit would be serviced that day. At 3 PM Tammy called to say parts were in and it would be another day and a technician would come out the next morning. Finally repaired on the 10th day. I called Air Shield because they are local and advertised a family owned business with a 4.9 star rating. After repair I called and again talked to Tammy in the office. I asked if the next day air charge would be adjusted since the parts didn't come next day. Tammy indicated the owner said no adjustment as it wasn't their fault. Tammy said she would also ask the OTHER owner. This is a family owned business but there are two owners? Tammy again indicated the other owner said no adjustment. I never received a follow up call to check if unit is running properly. I have also requested two times for a statement for repair being complete along with parts installed for my warranty records. At this point hoping my AC keeps running. Follow up from my review. Thank you, Nick, for responding to my concern. I realize this is your busiest time of year. Especially with the excessive heat this summer. Thank you for clarifying you are the only owner of this business. Also the miscommunication responses with employees answering your phone lines. I appreciate it. The $150 shipping charge on the fourth day I never did receive. So thank you kindly for that. I will hold off on the complimentary thorough maintenance for now and will be in touch when ready for that service. Thank you. Kind Regards Cheryl

  Everyone at Air Shield is knowledgeable, polite, punctual, and clean. We use them for our bi-annual HVAC maintenance. We recently had them clean our ducts. They did an outstanding job.

  Very thorough service. Did what needed done, made recommendations for things that should probably be done but didn’t push for an immediate decision. Air Shield has taken great care of my system for the last couple of years. Thx Carrie & Jay!
