  10/10 for this amazing company all around. To start the office was amazing with setting my appointment asap. I spoke with Samantha and she was able to get me a discounted rate. As well as when over an amazing price for monthly membership. The original rate was already less than competitors in the area. When they came to do the maintenance it was a pretty quick and easy service. They also got to us with proficiency. Amazing company highly recommended.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Air Shield Heating and Cooling in Ellenton, FL, and I especially want to recognize Samantha for her outstanding customer service! I was referred to the company by Samantha, and after speaking with her over the phone about their one-time $59 maintenance package, she made me feel comfortable enough to give them a chance. Honestly, I had my doubts at first because I was worried I might be facing thousands of dollars in AC repairs. Thankfully, the company did a wonderful job figuring out the problem, and it turned out to be a simple solution. Everything worked out great, and I'm so happy to see my electric bill back to where it was before! Samantha was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to talk to. She made the whole process easy and gave me the confidence I needed to move forward. She's honestly one of the best representatives I've ever spoken with, and I hope the company recognizes the value she brings to their team. Thank you, Samantha, for taking the time to speak with me and for helping me find a company that delivered such a great experience. I'm glad I gave Air Shield Heating and Cooling a chance, and I'm very happy with the outcome.   We used this company for the first time and had a very good experience. Always afraid that there's going to be some sort of a high pressure sales pitch but that did not happen. Our service technician, Billy Krizen was very professional and very knowledgeable. The job was completed at the price quoted with no issues. Thanks guys and I look forward to using you in the future.

  To be honest, I spent my entire day Calling different companies for quotes and what services they offer and a lot of them did not offer what I needed done, nor at a reasonable price. This is the last place that I called and I spoke with somebody named Samantha, After all the calls prior to this one, not working out, I will admit I was a bit irritated, And I am not proud to say that I took my irritation out on her and to my surprise she stayed completely calm, she walked through all of the services they offer, And answering any question I had without a change in her tone, Or Making me feel Any kind of way for speaking to Her the way I did. she’s a godsend And is by far the best CSR I’ve ever spoken to. She is the voice of This company’s brand.

  I recently spoke with miss Samantha cline, about some general questions, and about their business qualities that differ them from others . She was incredibly helpful, So sweet, and very informative while answering all of my questions and concerns. It’s not every day you encounter somebody as sweet as her. :)
