- MMMilana MyersJul 20, 20195.0We have used Grand Rental Station for many years as our go-to source for a variety of tools and equipment. They are conveniently located and offer excellent communication and customer service / support. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and are able to answer any questions or concerns we have to match us with just the right item. I would most highly recommend them for all your rental needs. Great company!
- RMRyan MillerJul 17, 20191.0Very unprofessional owners! I highly recommend NOT renting from this business!! If I could give negative stars I would! I am a contractor and went into the store to inquire about renting some equipment. We agreed to rent a tractor at an agreed upon daily rental price. I asked if I could pick it up in the morning, and was told "yes, no problem" by the owners wife. Showed up when they opened the following day and was told that I am not allowed to take the rental. They then told me that "they" have to deliver it and I would need to pay for the delivery too. There were no communication errors.. They simply changed their minds and expected me to pay additional money. In essence they ruined our schedule and cost my company money. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED YOU USE A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY!!!!
