  Purchased my unit a year ago, pricing was “high” but warranty and customer service were exceptional. That is until you need to use it of course. I’m scheduled to receive a maintenance visit today after my year of ownership. One of the things I paid for. My technician comes over 2 hours early at 3pm. Luckily my wife happens to be off today. They service the unit, leave, and then we realize something was not turned back on or broken during this service. My ac unit has been running for hours blowing hot air during Florida summer with my home full of animals and children and a now angry wife. We called shortly after the technician left, being told someone would come back between 6-10pm. I’m writing this review at 11:30 pm still with no ac and continuous calls in to talk to ai representatives telling me “someone is coming tonight” unable to talk to a human being. So much for customer service. Save your money, once they take it you’re meaningless as a customer to them. I’ll update this if/when a resolution is finally made.

  Ivan was here to maintain our Lennox Hvac at the appointed time. He asked about any issues and addressed each one. He is personable and professional, and took care of each issue to our satisfaction. With employees of Ivan's caliber, Del Aur will always lead the field in Hvac installations and maintenance. We were very happy with today's outcome.

  This is for Mark (?). The gentleman who stopped to ask if we needed help today on his way home from work. I hope I remembered the decal on your truck correctly. I was out of it. You helped me get my daughter into my car after she fell off of an escooter and broke her ankle. She will have surgery tomorrow and is doing great. I can't thank you enough for stopping. We ABSOLUTELY needed you. I can't thank you enough and I pray I have the right company and your correct name. God bless you,sir, and your family. You are a blessing in this world.   Johnathan worked on my air conditioner because the thermostat had a blank screen, the air conditioner was inoperable. After thoroughly checking out the unit, he determined that the control panel was damaged and needed to be replaced. He placed an order for the part and replaced it the next morning. Johnathan was so professional and he eased my mind. So pleased to have Johnathan and Ja solve the issues and also pleased to have my air conditioner working properly.
